I have been using this to help keep my LDL numbers in range and it does help with that.It keeps my overall cholesterol number where it should be.No after taste, easy to swallow and a good value.

It was working fantastic!..even my Dr ask me if I was taking my pill that he prescribed, and I said no I’m taking Bergamot pill, and he said!….oh ok it’s lowering your bad cholesterol!….. But I’m subscribe & save!.. but it doesn’t come until March and I need now, so I went to get the bottom that I can get it now so I couldn’t bc it wasn’t there, I went to buy again I didn’t find it so I took a picture I order the original pill that I was taking it’s brown and the new one that I received is beige, containing the same amount of bergamot, but they added a lot of more staff that I don’t now what it’s, so I’m very disappointed I’m not buy this brand anymore, I hope the one I order is good it’s all bergamot and even more it contains 1,400 mg of Bergamot it’s cheaper. I will keep it posted.

I took 2 capsules a day for more than 6 months. They were easy to swallow and I had no side effects. When I got my blood test results, my LDLs went down 30 points which I was very happy with! My triglycerides went up a lot, but I read that they can vary greatly depending on recent foods eaten. Overall, this product is worth trying. It does seem to lower LDLs, but everyone's body responds differently.

It is safe and organic. My friend, a science teacher, researched it and recommended it.

An excellent product of high quality and it is showing positive results in my blood pressure. I am eager to see how much my blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides values have improved when I have my next bloodwork drawn.

I really wanted these to work to help lower my cholesterol. I started taking them on September 1st, and continued with a second bot until my annual physical on late November, so almost three months of taking two, sometimes three capsules a day. Sad to say, my lab results showed the exact same high cholesterol levels as the year before exam. I’m glad they work for some people, but unfortunately for me, they didn’t.Worth noting that I didn’t change my diet nor my exercise routine, just to see if these capsules would help.

These capsules were too large for me to swallow. I tried opening them to put in applesauce, which was very difficult. They appeared to have sealed the capsules so they don't leak. I cut them open and put in applesauce-- very bitter. I have switched to gummies but have not had lab work yet to know if the bergamot works for me.Additional info 1-19-25: company responded to my concerns, showing that they are a very good company to deal with.

Be aware....these are not 1000 mg capsules like the title says. You must take 2 each day for the 1000 so they are actually only 500mg. Yes it says small on the label "per 2 capsule serving". I missed that and thought I was getting enough for 60 days at a better price, but this will only be 30 days. Also when I opened the jar I could see 2 empty capsules so I may have even less. Don't know if it works since I just got it.
