Use as part of lifestyle change
I'm taking these regularly because Dr. Ford Brewer on YouTube reckons that heart attack, stroke, diabetes and Alzheimers disease are caused by insulin resistance and arterial plaque. K2 helps break down arterial plaque.I'm also taking other supplements, have drastically cut sugar from my diet, and started exercising. You can have a blood test done for inflammation, my results were 38, they should be 35 or lower, so I got frightened. Any progress would be due to a combination of the changes I've made, not just one single thing like a supplement, but I'm finding it reassuring to take them.
