Chess Pieces Chocolate Mould

Made a chess set for each of our 3 sets of grandchildren. Very well received. Some even ate their own pieces! You need a lot of chocolate and it doesn't help that there are not enough pawn molds. Suggest you make one set of half pieces with the mold, let them set and take them out. Be careful they don't drop out and break. Then set about making the other halves. Wait until these are nearly set and then put the completed ones on top as much in line as you can. Wise to use tweezers or gloves as otherwise the pieces may melt in your hands. Leave them to set before removing the pieces and shaving of any edges with a sharp knife - again using gloves to hold them. For actual games we suggest you use only a couple of chocolate pieces on each side - gives the game a new dimension!

It's just what I wanted, I liked it so much I bought another a month later.It is a little stiff so you do need to take care removing from the mould.

I used it for Sugarpaste and allthough it was a bit tricky to get out of the mould, the pieces looked good.

good quality and easy to use just make sure when using with chocolate polish with cotton wall first as no shine to the chocolate
