Does it charge parrot drone battery

No, unfortunately, this charger is not compatible with the Parrot Drone. This charger is only for NiMH battery packs, while the Parrot battery is a LiPo pack.

Is the connector on the charger the female end or the male end? Just wondering because my battery has the female end on it and the picture looks like the male end. WIll this fit on my connector with one square hole and one arch shaped hole?

It's a male end, but the actual metal prongs inside are female. If the metal prongs on the battery are male, it will work. One side has a square hole and the other an arch like shape. I've uploaded a picture for you to review under "Product Images from Customers" in the review section of the page.

Unit charges but light never turns green when charge is complete!

The charger did charge the 9.6 volt batteries, but light never turns green after full charge. Only turns green when it is disconnected from the battery!
