Helps with symptoms temporarily
I began taking Chi f about 6 months ago at the recommendation of a Naturopath to balance my hormones. Had saliva testing done that showed low and out of balance hormones. Chi f helped with symptoms for awhile but then stopped. I upped my dose and helped for awhile longer and quit. Finally went to a real MD and had my hormones tested again and they were as low and lower. Chi f does not balance or fix hormones. (Period). Helped with symptoms for awhile but didn't heal or cure anything.

These are not made like the real ones
These are not made like the real ones. I have had an alergic reaction to these. I ended up in emergency care and on antibiotcs for a rash over the whole body. They are not good, total waste of money
