Read the review carefully = i had used it as directed by the package instructions. Some points to remember, it does not cover your all teeths it only cover some of your front teeth which mostly visible most during laughing or speaking. The product really work although not as good as marketed. To get best from this product make sure you mouth not over sensitive. Place the tape carefully and make sure saliva wont displace it and teeth stay dry only then this product can give you result. I would recommend going to dentist is more easy and long lasting
