The primary purpose for me to opt for this one is due to the multipurpose usage which makes it very versatile without adversely impacting health like the abundant seed oils which are sold with false marketin I also found it to be a convenient spray that allows precise, even oil distribution and reduced oil usage. Overall, I found the Hoffman Avocado Oil Spray a premium, health-oriented option though a discounted offer now and then wouldn't hurt ;)
