Thumbs up, especially for the price. The battery life probably isn't as long as the name brand, but it allows for a longer runtime than a 4Ahr. Will buy again if I find the need for another 8Ahr

Good replacement battery, with a lot of power
I have 6 Bosch 18V tools, but only 2 4.0 Ah batteries and one charger. Naturally, I needed an additional battery—who doesn’t? This 18V 8.0 Ah battery from TenHutt is a beast. It weighs 1 lb 14.8 oz, compared to the Bosch original battery, which weighs 1 lb 3.4 oz. That’s an increase of 11.4 oz. Additionally, the 8.0 Ah battery looks almost twice the height of the 4.0 Ah, which makes sense given it’s double the amp hours. This battery looks remarkably similar to the original, right down to the color scheme and the red pattern underneath. The buttons also appear identical, and the battery slides in and out just like the original. There is a slight amount of wiggle when the battery is attached to my Bosch tools, but I noticed the original has the same wiggle. The TenHutt battery arrived charged to 2 bars, and I used my Bosch charger to fully charge it to 5 bars. For a simple test, I placed the battery in my Bosch floodlight and let it run on full power for about 3 hours and 40 minutes. At the end, two bars were still lit. I then fully recharged the battery again. The one difference I noticed is that when I press the power indicator button on the Bosch battery, the lights remain on for a few seconds after releasing the button. In contrast, the TenHutt battery only displays the remaining power lights while the button is being pressed. This isn’t a big deal. Overall, I like this higher-capacity, non-OEM battery. However, it might ultimately come down to how much weight I’m willing to handle when using my tools.
