These seem to have some extra padding around the wrists which is nicer than the previous versions. I like the grips without the finger holes. Easier to transition between different parts of workouts.

Heavy user here - I just bought my 3rd pair

Out of the package, the grips are very slippery on the bar. So slippery that you will be like “what the heck, I’ve been scammed…”CHALK THEM FIRST BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME :)Then they are good to go!Wish the wrist strap was made of actual leather, I have a feeling the neoprene will get nasty after continual sweaty use.

These grips work very well and are a game changer. Excellent hand protection when doing pull-ups or toes to bar. Some ppl like using for deadlift as well. Price is a bit steep but they work as designed.

Esta marca en particular tiene una guía de tallas muy poco precisa. Según ellos, por el tamaño de mi mano, yo debería usar pequeña, la mediana es la que me queda bien pero mucha gente con mi tamaño de mano usa grande. Cuidado con eso.

Good Product

This is my second pair of bear complex grips. My first pair I had for a year and they did the job, same pair just a smaller size (L). I decided to get the XL because reviews said to go bigger… glad I did. I love This second pair sooo much more. I feel With the extra length, they are easier to just whip on the bar an go, when shorter I feel i have To place them exactly where I need them for the best coverage.

I think I have pretty small hands for an adult woman with my height (5'6, hand size 6.8 in). To compare, my 5'1 friend has the same hand size as me and I often have smaller hands than other women. I had a pair of these I already that I ordered in a small size. They work well but I wanted more hand coverage, so I ordered a size medium. You can see the difference in the picture. It's noticeable. Anywho, they are a great product. Grips well. 10/10 would recommend.

Me gustan mucho, tienen buen agarre, en ningún momento sientes que te resbalas. Se sienten de muy buena calidad. Valen la pena.

Love using these now, they give me that extra grip on the rig trying to do my toes to the bar ha ha, wish they instantly made you stronger ha ha ha. brilliant fit, easy to use and the measuring of my hands was easy.

Doesn’t hold the grip very well at all. Hand placement is awkward.
