There's a lot to learn about this vacuum cleaner like changing filters the bag and how to change the belt on the hoover. What I didn't realise was that the front of the hoover is also anothwr filter which is the exhaust filter that needs changing as well which is quite pricey.but I have read that some people have gently washed the exhaust filter on the front of the hoover. But overall I am happy with the hoover which has an amazing suction. I will update if necessary.

Delighted with the Sebu Rosso Vacuum cleaner. I do find it quite heavy but I am fortunate enough to have one upstairs and one downstairs so I don't have to take it up and down. The downstairs Sebu is 14 years old and it has been a great vacuum cleaner. I would never go past Sebu, highly recommend.

The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it is not as lightweight as I expected. I have had a Sebo for years and you cannot fault it for reliability and suction . I needed a lightweight one for upstairs instead of carrying my big one upstairs but I am disappointed in this one.I also don’t like the extension hose as it hasn’t got a ridgid end that you can pull out and use for skirting boards etc. A bit of a disappointment really.

Two design faults should be corrected. It's a great idea to have the L-shaped motorised head but the carry handle gets in the way when cleaning under radiators. I had to twist the machine (using the top handle) to clean under the radiator - not easy because this is a heavy machine for a mid-60s lady. Come on Sebo, reposition either the carry handle or the L so they don't work against one another!!! As other purchasers have commented, the machine is unstable when using the hose and has to be supported.This vac weighs one stone, one-and-a-quarter pounds on my bathroom scales (with the power head attached) so it's not ideal for anyone who is infirm. Bought because of its cleaning capability on carpets and for its S-class filtration - and keeping it for those reasons, but not happy with the design when it could so easily be tweaked. Henry (adapted with an allergy filter and turbo brush head) will remain the main man at my home.

Great vacuum cleaner. It is a little on the heavy side but oh so worth it - the results are first class. not sure what thickness means on the review but if it means cleans according to the pile of the carpet then its a 5* from me.

I'm using this on a commercial scale in my domestic cleaning business so this is getting much heavier use than the average household. So far so good. On my YT channel More Than Just A Cleaner I've posted several reviews including an in-depth 2yr usage review where I show the running costs and how to check/change the filters etc.But overall yes, this is a good machine.

Powerful vacuum bought it as it had great reviews but it's top heavy when using the hose and you do need to buy the extra hose for stairs well made and having a good length of cable is brilliant also found it hard to push for length of time
