A nice probiotic drink - a really convenient way to get the benefits of Kombucha and nice for when you fancy a little boost to your immune system, they'd be easy to take every day or when travelling because of the little sachet packaging. Really happy with these, a great idea!

1 Billion CFU Bacillus Coagulans doesn't really sound like the most appetising thing, but don't let that put you off, its actually very nice and refreshing as a drink!Easy to mix up, doesn't clump up and the stick format is great for keeping in your bag and just whacking in a bottle of water at work.Kombucha contains probiotics and antioxidants, which may have health benefits so its worth a try, and an easy way to add Probiotics to your diet.

This is very easy to prepare, it dissolves quickly in water and doesn't leave any clumps. It suggests dissolving in 150ml water, it works well with this amount of water. The kombucha tastes great not to sweet or too sour. They taste nicer than some of the kombucha drinks that I have tried previously.The sachets are convenient to take out to use after the gym, at work or whenever you need a pick me up or energy fix.These are a good buy and I definitely recommend them.
