Easy to swallow

I started taking Wellgard My Journey while on Monjaro and it has made a real difference. I had been struggling with some of the unpleasant side effects and these have helped me feel much more settled and comfortable day to day. It makes it easier to stick to my plan without constantly worrying about my digestion. The capsules are easy to take and very gentle on the stomach which is a huge plus. I also appreciate that the product feels thoughtfully formulated and not overloaded with unnecessary extras. It has genuinely improved my experience while using Monjaro and I will continue to keep this as part of my routine. Simply the best! A great all round supplement which is really helping me. Been taking it for a year - the iron does have a noticeable darkening effect, but ticks lots of boxes. They are not small, but not as a large as solgar vitamins! A good value for money if on subscribe and save, cheaper than buying direct.
