They are easy to take, I think they help but can’t see a great lot of difference to be honest, the only thing I have noticed is the price keeps going up.

I really don't buy multivitamins as rather make sure of having the correct amount daily but this one is just excellent. Will get a subscription at the end of this month. Great quality and amount of mineral and vitamins added. Excellent value for money combined with high quality product. Caps are easy to swallow as not big.

Don’t feel any different after 3 weeks yet lol and they taste and smell disgusting

These are brilliant, haven’t had any side effects from mounjaro whilst taking these.
