I’ve been taking this consistently for the past 6 months. I had blood work to monitor my cholesterol and decided to try this out. Just got my blood work back and total cholesterol dropped 17 points, triglycerides are way down, HDL decreased and so did my LDL. I’ve adjusted my diet a little bit and have always been pretty healthy, I exercise 4-5 times a week which I didn’t change I just stayed consistent.
