Laifen Wave Electric Toothbrush, Oscillation & Vibration Sonic Electric Toothbrush for Adults with 3 Brush Heads, IPX7 Waterproof ADA Accepted Travel Powered Toothbrush ABS(White)

I had the opportunity to test out their Laifen Wave toothbrush because I purchased their hairdryer, which I love. I jumped at the chance, knowing that their company sells top products. I have used electric toothbrushes, oral B, for years and I know what I prefer. First, I really like the size of the Laifen. I like to travel and this toothbrush will be easier to pack. It is smaller than the oral B and is lighter. I really like how it is charged with a USB. I have been using this for about 3 weeks and I haven’t needed to recharge it. I would prefer that the charging port be on the side instead of the bottom so that it could stand while charging. Secondly, I really struggled with getting it to turn on. This is completely user error which I still struggle with but the app also will turn it on, among other things. There are 3 levels, with 3 brush heads and I use the second level with the whitening brush. I tried the 3rd level but I don’t need that much speed. The vibrations from this brush are amazing. One thing I noticed right away is that my toothpaste really foams up which I never really noticed with my oral B. Word to the wise, you will end up with splatters all over your counter and mirror, especially if you don’t have it in your mouth when you turn it on. Toothpaste everywhere! Lastly, I haven’t used the app that much but it does help with certain modes and turning it on. I really like the brush heads and how really clean my teeth feel after every use. This is now my toothbrush of choice.

I think I’ve got a dud. Stuck in dead battery state. Doesn’t charge even after charging overnight. It starts to connect to the app but as soon as it’s disconnected from power, it’s disconnected.

The on button is near the top and as you are brushing if your finger m/hand touches it guess what? It turns off. If you tap on it again it bumps you into mode 2 or resets your two min timer before it turns off. Ok, now double tap to go into mode 3 then double tap again to get back to where you started. How a loud an on/off switch on the bottom? Buy the 2025 version with usb-c charging not the one that uses the Apple style magnetic charge cord. If you are traveling and don't have that charge cable oh well...wish I had that version. Now how to brush w/o my hand turning the switch off. A generous 4 stars because it's still better than my ancient Oral B

Toothbrush works fine; it provides a better brushing experience than Oral B (which I have used for years) AND the charge seems to last forever (unlike the Oral B). I now have TWO Laifen toothbrushes - one for everyday home use and another for my travel bag. I had a little difficulty Bluetooth pairing the first toothbrush BUT, Alisa in Laifen's Customer Care was impecable (and diligent) in helping me overcome the challenges...their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend!

It’s just was not even a month since I purchased this toothbrush for my son. At first, he liked it a lot. Unfortunately , in few weeks it was not charging and stopped working. I did all the troubleshooting unsuccessfully. Contacted customer service , it was already too late to return it to the Amazon… and they promised to send replacement. It’s had been more than a month or so - nothing has been resolved, and no one contacted me back yet with the issue. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else because it seems like it’s not reliable, and customer support/service isn’t good either. 12/10/24 After my review the company contacted me and they were able to send me the replacement brush, which seems like is working perfect so far. In addition - we received a replacement of brush set - which I think was nice of them to provide for us. I was surprised by that gesture and I hope that was one of the kind things that happens once in a while. In overall - my son loves the way brush works and he enjoys brushes his teeth with different speeds and brush heads. The size of the brush is more “lean” which is why he loves it too, and it’s soft enough for him but does great job.

wow im amazed with this electric toothbrush it feels like i had a dental hygenist clean my teeth ... i was supposed to buy the expensive one in the market cause i used to have one . but i came a cross this brand,. did my research saw alot of good reviews and i give it a try bought it on black friday for more cheaper deal. and it did not dissapoint me its not just its affordable but it live to what i expected , glad i did my research first save me more dollars. and it also feels way different with the philipps sonic brush its just way feels more cleaning with this laifen wave electric toothbrush. the moving brush feature was a plus and it has different sittings if you have sensitive gums you can play around change the sitting with whatever feels comfortable with you.... id recommend to anyone to try ..

Product: 0/5 (two confirmed defective) Customer Service: 5/5 (helpful and will replace bad product) Skip this product, waste of time and money. I’ve purchased this twice, once from Tik Tok earlier in 2024 and another from here in December 2025. Both have been confirmed defective and returned for a refund. No interest in a 3rd replacement. Customer service was very polite and professional. Essentially the devices require input of 5V-1A to charge. Anything more and they will refuse to charge (most usb charging is done at 5V-3A). So it requires a special adapter to charge. Devices come in airplane mode that they refuse to leave. Follow the quick start guide to hear a bunch of beeping, view an airplane icon, and then a red flashing battery. Even after buying the 5V-1A usb adapter it still would not operate.

This looks like a toothbrush made by apple. Everything from packaging to the display and the toothbrush itself feel premium. The app is also very easy to control. The battery life is decent and the airplane mode is a really nice touch. The case however is a bit finicky.

Great toothbrush only downside is the brush seems a little small to me and the brush head is solid hard plastic and when you touch your teeth with it, it's super annoying because it pretty much rattles your teeth. Brush head should be coated with a rubber material. Would have Givin it 5 star except for this.

The unboxing, the build quality and just the entire presentation is just so apple. It’s what an apple toothbrush would be like. BUT my unit doesn’t even start. It has flashing purple light while charging and once unpluged it’s dead again. If you want to copy apple, copy their quality control as well. It’s really a shame to have a pretty product not working at all

Comparing the Laifen with the Sonicare toothbrush that I also use daily: the Laifen does a better job cleaning, and the battery lasts longer. From a cleaning perspective, the brush head is the perfect size for cleaning around the teeth at the back of my mouth, and the brushes themselves get between the teeth very effectively. So far, the brush heads have been robust, and don't need replacing quite as frequently. If I had one observation, it's that the charging cable is a braided/cloth wrapped variety that's popular these days with all kinds of devices...but not so great for a device that's in a bathroom. I feel like the charger should have had a small dock of some sort instead of a magnetic plug that needs the brush to lie on its side to charge. So, it's better in nearly every way than my Sonicare brush from Phillips, what gives with the rating? The brush is sold with the idea of an app where you can fine tune the brushing experience. This app requires you to sign up to use it - which is beyond dumb. My toothbrush DOES NOT need an account. 100% of the functionality needed between my mobile and the toothbrush can be accomplished with an app and bluetooth. Local storage is there for settings. The only reason for an account is to capture brushing data for some reason, and probably to have a verified list of customers (which the app could also do). If the app was a basic dumb app that only needed a connection to the toothbrush, and for the occasional software update, this would likely be 5 stars.

Generally, it's a great product. Visually and functionally it performs well and I was mostly impressed. However, the base of one of the brush heads stuck to the head of the toothbrush (right). I have to put on the hollow brush head onto this weird assembly and it's not secure, making it pretty bad for brushing. This base also cannot be removed and is incredibly stuck.

Very nice packaging, strong even on the lowest settings. Comes with one one sensitive brush but you can easily buy more !!! The app has many great settings to play with and makes brushing your teeth almost fun. Stays charged a long time, easy to clean, small size whats not to like...
