This is so good. I add salt but it’s great for a liquid fast or to add to some stew vegetables or meat

I have ordered this like twice, but I’m still not feeling the fact that it curves my appetite. Maybe I should just drink more of it. However, the flavor is good to me. I don’t have to add any seasoning.
