Great innovation!
ENT doctor here! Absolutely agree with the audiologist in the reviews - this is absolutely amazing! So glad i opted for this rather than the Welch Allen (which ill probably have to get at some point)! Pairing with the app did take a while, but as soon as that was sorted, it was really easy to use. You can take photos of your ear canal/drum, or even a video clip. The image quality is great.Think this is a great innovation for new ENT doctors in terms of teaching. And also, sometime patients do want to know what their ear looks like when infected, but also useful to track progress and to discuss abnormalities with seniors.Sorry for the ramble. Im pretty excited and cant wait to show this cute lil gadget when im next on call or in clinic!Definitely look into this.

It works ok
This is really easy to use with a phone or laptop - however it does not work with Quicktime on MacOSX (using 10.6.8) as stated, only with photobooth so you can't get video, just photos. The adapters are not quite narrow enough to easily enter the last bit of ear canal so it is a little difficult to get a good view. But this will be different for each person I think.

Superb product and excellent value
Decided to get an otoscope after a long standing ear infection kept coming back. I wanted to see for myself what my GP saw.Wow! This product is superb. Easy to set up and use, picture quality is excellent.Only reason it dropped a star is you can't set the video type that it saves to. It uses avi which iPhone can't display so i had to get something to convert to mpeg.

Great little camera
I used to work in audiology and I scuba dive so was used to checking my ears before and after dives. This little camera is so portable and connects via wifi to my phone meaning I can take it anywhere and keep my ears healthy.

Really good otoscope.
This is a lot better instrument than the one your doctor is using. Picture is really sharp, it is fairly easy to use and no complaints whatsoever. I do recommend seeing a doctor if you are not well but for checking if your ears are infected during regular flu, if your ear drum is punctured or if you have abnormal ear wax this otoscope really does it`s job well.

Fun piece of kit
Bit difficult to get around the ear canal sometimes and good wifi essential. Good to show to patients but for my own evaluation I always go back to my hand held battery operated otoscope.
