Looks like Ikea designed it

the assembly instructions are very IKEA like. the length is not adjustable so it only works with larger hams. Otherwise nice

Not stable for cutting

Not very stable, the stainless steel bottom is too thin and because of that, it wiggles left and right. Beside that, the rubber bottom is not anti slip enough and it slips away.
