I've been using this for years on my dogs, and it does a wonderful job at maintaining clean ears, and has a nice smell. It can be a bit messy to use, but it's worth the trouble for the results you'll get. It's better than any other cleaner I've used, and it's cheaper here than buying it through the vet.

We were to the vet several times with recurring ear infections and FINALLY the vet recommended this product as a once weekly preventative treatment. I suppose they don't want you to know about this product since they want to pad their pockets with frequent vet visits. We use once a week for months now and have had no ear infections since.

This otic cleanser has been fantastic for my dog. It’s gentle, easy to use, and does a great job keeping ears clean and fresh without irritation. I’ve noticed less buildup and no strong medicinal smell, which makes the whole process much more pleasant. I apply some in the ear, gently rub and then use a little on a cotton ball and rub inside their ears to clean them. Definitely a staple in our grooming routine

Definitely prevents ear infections for my (long-eared) Boykin Spaniel who loves swimming. Saves us 3-4 visits a year to the vet. I apply it every evening after he swims and then 2 more days afterwards to make sure his ears completely dry out. It works better than other “ear drying” solutions I’ve tried. It does have a bit of a strong but pleasant scent.

It could be a little smelly but better than the yeast or bacteria in the pet's ear. I feel like it helped with my kitty with a cauliflower ear, but be careful to not let it drip in their eye. I would use a syringe vs. The big bulky bottle on cats.
