Absolutely a con do not buy have contacted the company for refund with no help . If you don’t believe me use an oxygen monitor it will make no difference to the reading one bit . Yiu might as well just breath deep normally

very effective
Light-weight, (like carrying nothing at all) and effective. Good hedge against issues with hiking in high altitudes when you are from a sea-level area. I will buy it again whenever heading to high elevations for hiking.
