Good quality, Simple to install with good instructions & full installation kit
This was bought to replace a faulty PIR fan (a slightly cheaper one from a different brand) after the PIR failed (at approx. 2 years). Needed a PIR fan as no switched live connection was available, only a spur from lighting circuit.Impressed by inclusion of the full installation kit, however these parts were not required, as simply removed faulty unit and fitted this one in it's place with minimal fuss. Replaced the existing plug socket with a fused double pole fan isolator switch at the same time (due to regulations for toilet/bathroom use).Fan speed is selectable using a pin connector, I chose the low speed option as ventilating a very small room. Fan is very quiet in operation and the PIR switch is very useful (switches on when someone is enters the toilet). Quality looks good, hopefully it lasts longer than the previous unit!
