Cat Carrier - Portable Foldable Dog Pet Carrier, Soft-Sided Pet Bag up to 15 Lbs, Airline Approved Travel Puppy Carrier

Everything about this bag is just great - cannot recommend enough. I ordered three bags, including the larger size of this bag, and ended up keeping this one. George is about 13 lbs and this fits him perfectly. We have been traveling to national parks in our Sprinter van this year so we needed something small and collapsible but sturdy. It folds down to the bottom dimensions of the bag with about a 1.5 in height. We've taken George to multiple breweries, a winery, and inside a few car repair places with this bag and it is just absolutely perfect. He likes it so much that if we set it up in the van with the bag's door open he will sleep there all day. We haven't taken him on a plane yet but this would fit under a plane's seat very well. Really like how the top and one side opens and how two of the sides are mesh and two are fabric. Since two of the sides aren't see through you can orient the bag so the cat is not visible which is nice. The straps are very sturdy and it's an attractive bag. We have had two very minor problems with the bag, 1) George likes to kneed in the bag and pulls off some of the soft fleece bottom with his claws, not difficult to clean up but I wish it was slightly more durable and 2) there is a clip in the bag that has a ~1ft leash so the cat doesn't run away if you have the bag open. Over time this is now hanging on by a thread. Very easy to repair but wish it has been sewed in better initially. Overall a 10/10 for the price!

I had to get a carrier for my kitty rather quickly, as I had to leave for a flight with her in a tight timeframe. I'm glad I went with this one. It's so easy to collapse, and set back up again each time she goes to the vet. It was so easy to carry through the airport and onto the planes, and fit rather snugly on the plane. The bottom you insert is very soft and comfortable. There is very good ventilation and I like the fact you can either load kitty in through the top mesh, which unzips, or the front--depending on which way is easier for your cat, lol. It's easy to clean and holds up perfectly, and has the cross-body strap (which I love) as well as a handle you can velcro together. There is also a bonus pocket in the back to conveniently hold any important papers or supplies. The sides which open out are awesome. There's a lot of good ventilation and air and space to give my kitty when I open it up. It's nice if you would like to give them breathing room and even take them outside to enjoy the sun and fresh air. I once took her to the park and opened up the sides, and we just relaxed there for awhile. I'm sure with a dog they'd totally love that too. It's a really great carrier. It's not cold and hard and uncomfortable. Definitely recommend this one!

I have a 16-pound cat with motion sickness. I bought this to replace another carrier (also new) because my cat pooped and puked in that one and I couldn’t get the stains out no matter how many times I cleaned it. The first carrier was a backpack and I thought it would make it easier for me to carry him in that. BIG MISTAKE. My cat hated being in that carrier. That carrier jostled him too much so he ended up pooping twice and puking once in a span of 20 minutes (how long it took us to get from ticket counter to our gate). But this carrier right here saved my life on the trip back! My cat tolerated the jostling better since he was able to lay flat instead of sitting up. And it’s a lot roomier than the backpack carrier even though they have the same measurements. I was hesitant about the quality at first since this was cheaper than the backpack carrier but I was pleasantly surprised to see how durable it was! The removable bottom has a plank of wood inside it and I think that gave my cat a sense of better stability compared to the other carrier. It says on the description it’s for pets up to 15 lbs; my cat is 16 lbs and this carrier was still able to handle his weight just fine! I didn’t worry about the strap snapping or breaking, it felt very secure. My cat didn’t complain even once while he was in this, which also meant no pooping and puking and trips to the bathroom for impromptu cat baths! I flew United and this fit perfectly under the seat. If you have a cat who can’t tolerate being jostled around and/or gets anxious on car rides, I highly recommend this carrier.

First carrier I purchased as a new cat owner. Was a little nervous at first since I had never had to transport a cat before and was just relying on reviews, but so glad I did! When I first got this carrier my little kitten was only 4lbs and now he is almost 10lbs. He has gone on many car rides in this carrier, some over 2 hours long, and still seems very comfortable despite having grown a lot over the past few months. My vet also commented on this carrier, saying that she really liked the way it was built and that it seemed to be good quality. The mesh is sturdy and he has scratched at it a few times but has not been able to rip through it. I have yet to try it out on a plane, but I purchased the medium (without expandable sides) and it looks like it should fit under a plane seat fine. It is has been over 6 months and this carrier still looks great and will likely hold up for a long time. 05/08/2020 UPDATE: Still going strong! My cat is full-grown now at 11 lbs and seems very comfortable. I use this often because I take my cat out on errands to keep him used to his harness and being in his carrier. I use the longer shoulder strap to hook around the headrest of the passenger seat so it functions as a carseat. The clip leash inside is awesome because I can open the top so he can stretch but not have him roam all over the car while I drive and I love the little pocket on the side. Even with regular use for 9 months it is showing no signs of significant wear or tear. Mesh has no holes, seams are all still completely intact, straps are very strong. At this rate I do not anticipate needing to replace this for the next couple years and I could not recommend this product enough.

I bought this for my two adult male cats. I just finished college and my parents where watching my cats while I was in school. Now that I graduated, I’m taking my cats back to my apartment and needed a really big carrier for the two hour drive home. I ordered a large, but I don’t think it’s big enough for both of my cats to sit comfortably. I’m not going to return it though because one of my cats loves it! I set it down for them to get used to it and Sebastian (see pictures) walked right in and laid down. He laid in it all day yesterday and all this morning! I hope he still likes it after I stuff his brother in there and make them sit through a 2 hour drive. I’m only giving four stars because it’s not as big as I was hoping — it’s perfect for one adult male cat, but not two (I’m too cheap to buy two large cat carriers, I’ll admit). However I’m happy my cat likes it. Also, it’s well made and has a Sherpa lined mat for the bottom (probably one of the reasons Sebastian likes it!). And I’m happy it has a long strap to put around my car seat.

I searched in many pet stores and online for a sturdy carrier with a safe top for my big boys, just one and two years old, weighing 10.9 lbs and 11.7 pounds already! My previous carrier only zipped on 3 sides on top, the fourth side was held by velcro. My kitty almost escaped from the top, quite frightening! This brand solved my numerous problems! The top zipped tight on all four sides. The carrier stayed firm and straight once the side zippers were zipped. My boys had plenty of room inside, to turn around and lay down. Plenty of firm screening to allow for air flow and letting my boys look outside the carrier. The size and color were both perfect and it was not heavy! Bonus for my injured arm!! I am very happy and satisfied with this carrrier.!!!

My cat and I moved across the country, from New England to CA. I was very nervous to take him on a plane for the first time, since he hates being in a carrier. I decided to buy him this one, hoping it would give him more space for the ten-hour journey. It worked out great! Love the top entry, since my cat would never enter a carrier by his own free will. The inside is very spacious. My kitty boy is a little chunky, probably about 13 pounds. He had plenty of room to stand/crouch, turn around, and move. We flew Southwest, and *technically* the dimensions of this carrier were just above the size limit listed online. However, it wasn't a problem. The carrier fit under the seat length and width-wise just fine, and I just had to squish the top down about a half inch to make it work. I love the padded carrying strap, the pocket for treats and toys, and the way it folds up to lay flat for storage. Overall, we are super pleased with this purchase!!!

I purchased this pet carrier to have a way to transport my puppy when in the car. I have min-pin, so she is small. She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES this carrier. I put a little blanket in it with a few treats and something to chew on. She will initially protest a little when placed in it, but usually ends up falling asleep with the movement of the car. When I take it out of the car and have it on the floor at home, she will often happily jump into it. As a matter of fact, when she has gone with a doggie sitter (who takes care of multiple dogs at her home), my little puppy likes to retreat to her "bag" to have her own "space." She knows when she is in the carrier that she will be going somewhere that is usually fun, or not in her usual routine. She always sleeps in a crate at night, but this is smaller and not as tall as her crate. I think dogs who chew or are strong, could tear through the netting, but mine seems to do well, as long as she has something yummy to chew on when in her bag. It attaches easily with a safety belt and is highly transportable. it's great for trips in the car, or to take her to the vet. I haven't traveled with her on an airline. I really like it, but most importantly, MY PUPPY (4 months old) REALLY LIKES IT!

Bought the medium carrier with side compartments. Very nice bag, did not take me long to figure out how to release the side compartments. Can fit an adult male ragdoll cat just fine even when the side compartments are not released, though I wished it was more spacious since he’s pretty big and the large size does not come with the side compartments. The whole bag does tend to collapse when not in used. The other day, I took my ragdoll out for a little outdoor excursion using this carrier. I unzipped the front sleeve so he could sniff some flowers. It was also convenient for me to stick my hand in to pet him while journeying through the park.

Good product, better then I thought actually

This travel bag is excellent. I brought 2 when we were relocating bag to U.K. My cats had never travelled before and despite some vigorous protests from both of them they held up really well. They didn’t fit under the seat of the plane despite being the correct size but the cabin crew didn’t say anything so all was well. They are easy to assemble and lightweight and once my cats had settled they seemed quite comfortable in them. They fold nice and flat when not in use so are also easy to store. All in all a really good product that I would happily recommend.
