Cryptic Killers SUSPICION Card Game, 2-7 Players, Detective Arrest Strategy, 14+, Family Game Night

I love this game, fairly quick and good alternative to an UNO type game (quick, easy).

I popped this card game in my partners Christmas stocking as we like to play card games when travelling or if we have friends round. This game comes in a good sized (small) box making it easily portable. The cards are made from a quality plastic coated material and are clear and attractive for game play. There is an instruction leaflet which sounds very complicated as you are reading through it! There is also a QR code both on the box and on the leaflet which is supposed to show you a game and alternative ways to play with the cards but they didn’t work. However, I did manage to get onto the website (by typing the address in see the search bar) and see the other rules/options for play. We decided to try the ‘No bluff’ game, which is easier to pick up and explain to other (young teenager) participants. We played a few games of ‘Suspicion’ with friends on our Boxing Day get together and it was good fun, for a while, pretty quick games, but a bit repetitive after a few goes, so we moved onto our other (go to) card games namely Monopoly deal and Mantis! Overall, an interesting addition to our card game collection which will likely be played occasionally but probably won’t become a favourite. Priced about right for a card game of this nature.

Bought this as enjoy the case files but I didn’t take to it. It is a good idea but just not for me.

Great little card game and at a bargain price! It's a fairly simple game to play once you've learned the rules and played a couple of practice rounds. I've not tried playing this with 2 people just yet, but with a group of 4+ it's a lot of fun. The packaging states the game takes between 5 to 15 minutes to play but more often than not the games do last much longer, though short games can happen too. Would highly recommend for people who enjoy card games like exploding kittens

As a family we have really got into playing board and card games recently which is a great way to spend a lazy afternoon and so we was excited to try this game called Suspicion. Like all new games, it took a few games to really get the swing of things and understand how the game worked. We did have our 11 year old play with us too, but he wasn't as keen and so I think the recommended age of 14+ is probably about right. The product itself is well made and a compact game, so one that can easily be packed for holidays etc. What is most pleasing is that there are more than one game you can play with the cards and the website gives you several other options of gameplay so it is brilliant for replay-ability. We particularly enjoyed playing the 'Arrest Race' game. Overall a good game to add to the game cupboards especially for teens and adults.

It w as for my granddaughter, she loves the cold case files and really enjoyed this game. It's a handy size to take on holiday or to friends. Even get younger brother who is only eight joined in but I think going teens would be able to enjoy it more
