Not bad! You can't really taste the honey, which is unfortunate, but there is a sweet taste to it. It just doesn't taste specifically like honey. They're very snackable though!

I've been a DAVID Sunflower Seed addict for decades. The Jumbo ones are the best - and the flavor's they've come out with recently are super fun. This is one of my favorites so far. It tastes a bit like honey roasted peanut flavor. Just perfect. Adds a nice sweetness to the salt, and the jumbo size is now a must.! Makes it even easer to suck the salt off, crack them open, push the shells to the side, and eat the seed in your mouth without using your fingers at all. I hate half the bag right after I opened them. DAVID is the ONLY brand that is always fresh, always flavorful.

And let me tell you — these sunflower seeds are EVERYTHING. First of all, the size. They are HUGE. Not those tiny, disappointing little seeds where you feel like you’re working overtime for a crumb. These are big, plump, perfectly roasted seeds that actually feel satisfying. You crack them open and there’s a real, solid seed inside every single time. No empty shells. No letdowns. Just consistent greatness. The flavor? Absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned. Not too salty, not bland — just that classic ballpark taste that keeps you reaching for another handful. Whether you’re in the stands cheering your heart out or in the dugout staying loose between innings, they’re the perfect snack. There’s something calming about cracking seeds during a tense inning. Update: If you eat enough of them you might get a slight whisper of honey flavor that only surfaces several minutes after you have consumed them. It was enough to make me change my mind partially about them. No honey flavor to me, and I tend to be pretty sensitive to subtle flavors. These are just salt. I love salt and that is fine. But not when it’s labeled honey. I too was thinking “honey roasted peanut” but sunflower seed. Nope. Super disappointed. The salt is more mild than original flavor. You can eat more of them without your tongue going all salt funny. Although this isn’t what I had greatly hoped for.

Taste good, I wish the honey flavor was more present and that they were more Sweeter.

I wasn’t sure when I first bought these at a dollar type store if I would like them, but given that I eat sunflower seeds every single day (I require a lot of additional salt in my die) I gave them a shot. They are now one of my favorite flavors! Perfect balance of sweet and salt which is a nice change from my all-time favorite, which is pickle. The sunflower seeds themselves keep me away from start your foods and give me a little protein instead so double bonus

Where is the honey? These are so so salty that I can only eat about 20 of them and there is absolutely NO honey taste. I mean I get an odd ball seed with a tad bit of sweetness but when you name something honey roasted, there should be a honey taste. It doesn't say hint of honey, which would fit the taste more accurately. Another thing, probably 65% of the seeds have bug holes or are bug eaten inside. Nothing worse then opening a seed and tasting burnt bug and powdered seed. Totally turns me off eating these. I have noticed David seeds are all like that regardless of the flavor. Going to stop buying David because of it. Improve your quality David, this is not ok

This cost like double the price as 3 other flavor of David Sunflower seeds I had gotten on the same day from 3 other vendors (these cost just under about $6) but WOW! I had no idea what I was purchasing. Soon as they arrived, I opened up the bag and tasted them and YUM-E! They best way I can describe it as the best sunflowers seeds you ever had when you want sunflower seeds, want fantastic flavor but you aren't really in the mood particularly for any full body flavor profile that takes away the flavor of the seed. Okay. If that didn't help, think original flavor, except, not boring! Lol. These taste awesome! So good! My favorite flavor right now is the spicy dill pickle (2nd is the sizzlin' bacon ;) ) and I gotta say, instantly, this bacame tied for first with the spicy dill pickle. Seriously, it is that unexpectedly good lol. Very.
