Dr. Scholl's Plantar Fasciitis Hydrogel Flex Pain Patches

Please give it a try!!! I used on a theme park day where we went from 8am-9pm on my feet the whole time. These are a must and I will never do to without these again. I have since bought them twice more because they worked so well. It helped with my heels and stretched half way down the bottom of my foot. Try stretching it too because I swear it makes it work better.

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for years and the trick is to not give up, but try things until you find what works or at least helps for you. For me these patches fit right onto my arch, where I still have pain and I put them on at night and they do wonders. I get the patches are hard to keep in place when walking, so you can use roll on Dr. Scholls for daytime or find some wrapping to hold them in place. There is something about the delivery of the concentration of medication in the patches that takes it next level.

This product actually works for foot pain fit from the heel of your foot to balls of your foot. Very easy to use. Definitely good arch support. They are good for utilizing.
