I got this a few years ago and have been using it and love it. I believe it has helped me maintain good sugar levels. The only slight issue I have with it is the size. Normally I am good at taking pills but every now and then this gets a little stuck and I have to really wash it down with a ton of water. It does not always slide down easy. But for what its suppose to do, I would 100% recommend.

Consistent product

I have been taking these PrimeMD Ceylon Immune Support capsules for some time now (several months). After taking these consistently, I noticed a difference in my A1C. It dropped from 6 to 5.7! These also helped keep my glucose steady. I don't have high blood sugar but suffer with it dropping (Hirata's disease). I take 1 capsule 3x a day as not to have too much in system at once. This helps regulate my breakfast meals which tend to have more carbs (oatmeal/fruit). I could tell this was the real Ceylon cinnamon because I could taste and smell it. I was so pleased that I ordered two more bottles at the same time that's outside of my normal subscription window. This time, though, I was very disappointed. This set lack the Ceylon cinnamon smell and taste but smells and tastes heavily of turmeric. The color is even more like turmeric than cinnamon (see photo: I had one capsule left from my previous bottle.). I decided to still take them because they may still have the benefits I need. I'm sad to say, that these have not performed well like the first 2 bottles I used. I can't give less than 3 stars because the product did work; however, the quality has diminished greatly. Turmeric has largely replaced the Ceylon cinnamon and this affects the product too much. I'll have to search for something else now, which I really hate to do. I have this on subscription schedule because I liked it so much. Now, I'll have seek something else, which is time consuming and costly. I really like this company though, so I'd be willing to try them again if I knew the quality was reinstated. Right now, though, I have 1½ bottles of product that's not what it's advertised to be. I know that shifts in quantity powder can vary but this is a tremendous shift. So, just be aware that you may get more turmeric and less Ceylon cinnamon than you want.

I am not a doctor, or pretend to be one influencer, but they are working for me. BP, energy, and lower GI all positively affected.

Weight loss

The Supplements have the right balance of turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon. The capsules are a little big for me so I break them open and add the contents to Greek yogurt and berries. Would also be excellent for smoothies. With consistent use I see less bloating and feel better overall.

I consumed one full bottle. I do not see and feel any notable change after finishing one full bottle. Can not tell if it is worthy to keep on! I stop for now.
