I am so happy with my purchase. I tried the pepper spray and it sprayed for a long distance. I also tried the alarm and it is so loud! It sounds like a car beeping. I do not have a issue so far, I have not use it for an emergency use. But I always bring it whenever I go outside. I also love that there is a chain that would connect the pepper spray and the alarm together so that it is handy to carry. I also got the bright pink and it’s so cute! One time I put it in my pocket, my jeans are so tight! When I checked my pepper spray it happened that the lock was moved a little bit, so make sure that it has more room because I think the lock can move on its own. It doesn’t look like it is safe, so that time I make sure to just carry it with my hand.

I ordered for my teenage daughter, the size, color and volume are perfect. This will definitely deter anyone with the noise it attracts.

I love this! Fits in my hand really nicely. I have been jogging with it in my fist for about 6 months now. I feel naked without it. Thankfully have not needed to use it, but I stay woke.HOWEVER the siren keychain malfunctioned for me. When the keychain was re-inserted after pulling it out to sound the alarm, the alarm persisted. It was pretty loud, and only got louder if I pulled out the pen. I tried destroying it with a hammer which didn’t work, then I dropped it in a bowl of water and it took about five minutes to die.Lol. But good product otherwise, and great value!

Bought this bundle for my wife before she went to visit her mother in Puerto Rico. The pepper spray is small in size ant is perfect for everyday carry, specially for my wife who is 5ft tall and has small hands. It has a very nice special grip for fingers, which felt way better and secure then others without it). The actually spray was not tested.The Personal Alarm is not as compact as you might think, that's if you want to attach it to keychain. To carry it any other way it's perfectly small and thin, you getting two speakers instead of one (like other 95% of personal alarms).We tested it out many times in different locations and different surroundings (with cars around, next to bigger intersection, nigh, day etc). It's loud and would definitely attract attention. Very easy to pull out the pin and put it back. (in emergency situation such as being attacked, robed, threatened etc. I would recommend pulling out the pin and throwing the device far away from you, this way the criminal won't be able to grab it and destroying).I'm planning on getting more "personal alarms", for my kids and my mother.

Don’t like the fact when you pull out the pin it may fall it’s not connected to the alarm

Got this product for my fiancé since she works for a rehab facility for men. She says she feels much safer with the pepper spray and loud whistle. Never had to use it thankfully but came close.

As someone who doesn't support the company best-known for using a pink ribbon in their advertising, I was disappointed and frustrated to find that my alarm came with a pink ribbon design instead of the logo or flower pictured. It feels like I received the company's trash overstock, and now I don't feel like I can keep this alarm on my keys without making a statement. If this were communicated and the item was discounted, that would be fine, but as-is, I feel misled.That said, these operate as expected. The alarm is loud, the pepper spray sprays. Good to have on hand, but in the future I would go for a much slimmer pepper spray canister and definitely not buy this model.
