Yummy Pineapple Pudding/Jello
I wanted to make a pineapple coconut desert. I live in a small town and no one carried the pineapple mix. Baked a coconut cake and added the pineapple jello and crushed pineapple on top with cool whip. Used two 9x13 pans for two huge cakes. The desert was well received.
