Nano Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste for Kids and Adult (Mild Mint - Travel)

I got it for its xylitol, hydroxyapatite, and prebiotics and minimal ingredients which rivals none. I did a deep dive in multiple different AI (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) and found no other brand that has minimal ingredients, no physical abrasives like baking soda, and no corn derivived additives (I don't want to support monocultures and ag subsidies that could have been to organic and regenerative organic, another topic) like FYGG doesn't. Also because my gums started bleeding and hurting easily when I flosssed and brushed my teeth out of nowhere and the dentist recommends I switch toothpaste and toothbrush although it is maybe something like a viral or bacterial infection or inflammation that will go away on its own. It did in one to two weeks. I got the toothpaste after my gums no longer hurt and bleed. I also switched to Primals horsehair toothbrush because maybe microplastics also had something to do with it. The whole deep dive made me learn that sodium lauryl sulfate, the foaming agent in conventional toothpaste could also be a culprit. Anyway, below is my experience after one week of use (FYGG toothpaste and Primals horsehair toothbrush): The taste: in the beginning, a sour kick and then a mild mint flavor like a the mint from my garden, not peppermint, just regular. It's a very mild taste which after brushing with it for a few times, I don't taste much of anything of the flavor anymore. There is a little sweet aftertaste that stays in my mouth even after meals for the whole day for the first day but after that I don't notice it and only notice it when I brush at night because I don't drink water after. Overall, mild taste. I'm feeling confident to try out other flavors. No foaming, no after taste after spitting the toothpaste out. I picked this toothpaste because I feel safe knowing I am not swallowing unnecessary additives in my mouth because I can't rinse my mouth to keep hydroxyapatite working. After the first two brushings, I do feel my teeth no longer taste acidic between meals but they became acidic tasting again after that one day, so I guess it depends on what I eat. After a few days, my teeth looked yellowed! I panicked and learned because it is a mild toothpaste and the horsehair toothbrush is extra soft (nothing abrasive), plus my Asian diet and Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal teas (very staining), it will take around four weeks, according to the different AIs I used, for the hydroxyapatite to catch up and seal my enamel to resist the staining. Although now that it has been one week, I feel like it might start to whiten a tiny bit. I can for sure feel my teeth being more smooth and less porous with my tongue feeling them. I used to oil pull and still did for the first few brushings of FYGG, but then asked AI and learned it's pointless so I gave up in the middle of the one week and yet my teeth seemed to have whitened. Also I used to oil pull with canola oil so the yellowing could have been from that too, so I switched to coconut oil for one morning and then quit so I would say the whitening comes from the toothpaste. I have a cleaning coming up in one month so I am experimenting whether oil pulling actually makes a difference or not after two years of oil pulling with canola oil and seeing nothing. I will update if I feel like there is any significant changes.

My dentist recommended this toothpaste to me as I was looking for something with nano hydroxyapatite that did not contain baking soda, which is very harsh for people with sensitive teeth. Most of the other brands like Risewell and Boka all had baking soda. I was using a very expensive $36 a tube medical grade nano hydroxyapatite from Japan, but because it had sodium laurel sulfate a.k.a. SLS it was causing sensitivity as it was removing my natural biofilms. contrary to some of the reviews above glycerin is not bad in toothpaste, and will not prevent your teeth from absorbing nano hydroxy appetite nor is it sticky or cavity causing. This toothpaste is not super sweet like others have said, in fact, I don’t notice the sweetness at all, and I am a person who hardly eats sugar. The one thing that takes some getting used to is the wateriness of the toothpaste, and as others have said the fact that it does not foam up due to lack of SLS. I find I need to use a little more of it because of the watery texture. It also has a slight strange flavor, almost like the smell of marijuana, but this does not linger or stay in your mouth. I can overlook all of these things if this toothpaste is actually going to help me. I have used it for a few days now and have noticed my teeth feeling cleaner. Before nano hydroxy appetite, I was using medical grade fluoride, toothpaste that needed a prescription and the feel of this toothpaste reminds me a lot of that fluoride toothpaste in that your teeth feel really smooth after use. FYI Fygg stands for feed your good guys. So far I’m happy with the results. Edit: I have been using this now for a month straight and it has helped with sensitivity but the tooth that has some gum recession it has not helped like the medical grade nano hydroxyapatite was doing. I am using the Fygg on all the other teeth but still having to use the medical grade hydroxyapatite on the one tooth. I have no idea why this is but I’m guessing because Fygg is not medical grade so the hydroxyapatite is not as strong? Please fix this because I would like this to be my only toothpaste :-)

Due to chemotherapy my tongue and cheeks and lips and gums are very sensitive to the usual mint flavor of toothpastes. This toothpaste has a very mild minty taste and in no way burns my mouth. It’s expensive but worth the cost. My eyes no longer tear up while I’m brushing my teeth.

I picked up the travel-size tube because I wasn't sure if I'd like trying a new fluoride free toothpaste enough to buy the full size version. The mild scent and flavor are clean and not overpowering, which makes it nice to use every day. It leaves my mouth fresh without the strong burning sensation that some toothpastes have. Haven't noticed any whitening or improved strength, but hopefully will as I use it longer.

Saw some online hype about this toothpaste and had to try it! Honestly, I'm so pleasantly surprised. It has a lovely mild minty taste, and my teeth feel much cleaner than they did with my old brand. It's a little on the pricey side, but 100% worth it if you care about your teeth. Total game-changer, will definitely buy again!

I’ve really been enjoying FYGG toothpaste! I love the clean ingredients and that it’s made with oral health in mind without all the unnecessary stuff. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean, and the flavor isn’t overpowering. Definitely a toothpaste I feel good about using every day and will continue to repurchase!

It is okay, but not the best. I wanted to try it out to see if I would like it. My teeth feel clean, but I miss the foaming like with other fluoride free toothpastes that I use. My teeth feel clean, but not fresh...hope that makes sense.

After doing some research, I decided to try Fygg because it was created by functional dentists Dr. Mark Burhenne and Dr. Staci Whitman, who I follow based on their beliefs on whole body oral health. We’ve been very happy with it. My kids like using it, and I feel good knowing it doesn’t contain the unnecessary ingredients found in conventional toothpastes. Finding a fluoride-free toothpaste that my family actually enjoys using has been a big win. The price is higher than what you’ll pay at the drug store, but for our family, the quality and our effectiveness makes the extra cost worthwhile. I’d rather Supportsupport That I trust, even if that means spending a few more dollars rather than using something cheaper. If you’re looking for a fluoride-free toothpaste, this is one I’d recommend. It’s been a great fit for our family, and I plan to keep buying it.

There is a scam guys. I ordered one before, and it was nice, ofcourse size was small, but contents were good. I ordered another one, and this one was totally different taste, color, and even packaging. It was not the correct product. Idk where they are sourcing from but its not fygg. There is something wrong here. I really loved this toothpaste now idk where to source it from, if someone knows then help. In india, mp.

tricky the customer by showing a picture which looks more than .7 ouzce. I did not excepted this from your brand to trick the customer. Very disappointment with it. I have loved this product but not happy with the trick you use to sell this product.
