This smart fan is stylish, modern, and very easy to operate with IoT and remote. The BLDC motor runs super silent and saves up to 50% on electricity bills, while the undelight adds a premium touch that makes the room look elegant. Speed control is smooth, the air delivery is strong and consistent, installation was simple, and the build quality feels very sturdy. Overall, it is a perfect smart choice for every home and I highly recommend it.

It's very good Breeze even at speed 1. And the spread is also wide enough. Quality and look also excellent. Cons: the Orient app is not very convenient at all. Not integrated with Google and Alexa properly. Only switch on and off can be done.

I bought this Orient EL fan from Amazon, and within just 10 days it started malfunctioning. The speed keeps changing automatically—sometimes very fast, sometimes very slow. I have already raised 4 complaints, and Orient technicians have visited 3 times, but the issue still isn’t fixed. They simply say, “We can only repair it, replacement is not an option.” So customers are expected to keep filing complaints forever. I also emailed Orient for a refund/replacement, but received no response. Spending ₹10,000 on a fan for this kind of quality and service is unacceptable.

Amazing fan. Works perfectly with remote and app. This fan is very silent and speed is also vert perfect therefore it can be considered as value for money with good stability. And for installation I have installed it myself which was super easy like any other fan.

Good quality fan but installation is not scheduled

Extremely Poor Service & Unresolved Fan Issue I purchased a fan that developed a major issue within the first 6 months. It stops working every 15 minutes on its own. Service experience: 1. The first technician visited but left without doing any repair, saying he did not have the required part. 2. The second technician installed the wrong component. Now, the fan rotates in reverse whenever the light is switched on. When I contacted customer care, they blamed me for allowing the wrong part to be installed, even though it was their technician’s mistake. I was promised a refund 2 months ago, but I have not received it yet. The company also claims there is no replacement since the fan was bought from Amazon. However, Amazon customer care confirmed that it is covered under brand warranty. I request an immediate resolution — either a full refund or a complete replacement of the defective fan.
