This is a 5 star product obviously as it changed the way I have been working. This works perfect to power a Dell Latitude laptop and a MacBook and fully charges them. The 4 ports are really helpful and powering mobiles is effortless as the capacity is outstanding. It stopped charging all of a sudden after 3 months and my attempts to recharge didn't help. Since the product was under warranty I raised a complaint and to my surprise Boat immediately picked the product for replacement, sent continual updates on the status and ensured I got a perfectly working replacement the same week. I was pleasantly surprise by the professionalism displayed by Boat and the way they upheld ethical business practices. Btw, Boat didn't do anything out of the box except their due obligation to fulfil warranty for a genuine claim, but where they stood out was the way they carried out the entire process in such a way to promptly address the customer grievance, keeping them continually updated about the status and promptly repairing and returning Ito customer, thus winning their trust and confidence as a company. After facing multiple bad experiences from various companies who doesn't follow ethical business practice and refuse to honour warranty claims atrociously(for whom I stopped buying and aggressively expose their misdeeds), Boat comes as a breeze. I Thank you heaps for taking my worry out and Wholeheartedly wishing Boat team all success and a great future!!! I still trust the product and it could be a game changer in the way you work, gives complete freedom from cables...and ability to travel. Though I am not an expert, my recommendation is not to drain the battery completely to zero% and don't charge it to 100%, though the product had in built protection..just referring to best practices on line... This is a review after close to 4 months of daily active usage and will share a review after few months.

I recently purchased this power bank and would like to share some honest feedback based on my usage: 1. Charging Time: The power bank takes an unusually long time to charge itself fully, which is very inconvenient for regular use. 2. Battery Backup Misleading: The product claims a 27000 mAh capacity. My phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) has a 5000 mAh battery, so ideally I should get at least 4 full charges (considering power loss). However, in reality, it only charges my phone about twice, which is quite disappointing. 3. Weight Issues: The power bank is extremely heavy. Honestly, it feels like I’m carrying gym equipment — good for bicep training, not so much for travel. 4. Laptop Charging: While it technically supports laptop charging, the backup is not reliable. The battery drains quickly, making it impractical for extended laptop use. I appreciate the effort to make such products in India, but I request the brand to look into these issues seriously — especially the backup performance and charging time. Hope to see improvements in future models.

The build quality is good. I bought this product mainly for working from home, so that during sudden power cuts it can keep my laptop running for 5–6 hours. So far, it serves the purpose well and meets my expectations. Also has fast charging options. I brought it for 3500rs near independence sale so value for money product for me.

It is too compact and very handy.. With my laptop 65w charger it gets charged fully charged under 3 hours. Battery backup.. It took 1hr 40 min to fully charge asus expertbook with still 35% remaining. This 35% charged another 60% before stopping the charging at 5%. And it seems it does not discharge below 5% for laptop. 2 type c ports are of 80w each 2 usb ports are also with over 20w output. Overall its a very good product I got it on a sale at approx 3500.

I contacted customer care for replacement, shared all required details, and even attached a video clearly showing the issue (0% charging, not working at all). Despite this, there has been no response and no resolution from their side. The power bank is completely non-functional now. For a brand like boAt, this kind of product quality and poor after-sales support was never expected. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
