Lights are great, have had them up since Christmas and they look great and are bright enough. Good value in the sale, only issue is the cable could be longer between each lamp to allow more spread out positioning. Connected to the Govee ecosystem, Alexa etc and are easy to use and control remotely. So far they’ve been out in wind, snow, rain etc and are still going strong. Hopefully reliability will continue.

These are great quality (very bright) sturdy/quality smart flood lights. They look great and feel well made. We fitted them to the garage so we would have light in the driveway and in the garden. Hadn’t really read many reviews of people doing that - only using them in the garden but this shows you absolutley can install them on a wall if needed. Local electrician fitted them for us. The wiring/cable length is of a decent length. He just drilled some holes and fed the cable through plugging the lights into the socket already inside our garage. They have a little strip of metal (almost like a kickstand) at the back that he used to secure them to the wall. The work perfectly. Only thing is when you try to connect them to the internet/pair them to the app on initial start up - it asks you to push and hold a button on the wiring loom. Just make sure you can easily access/reach that button. We had to use a handy wooden spoon to reach the button as the lights/cabling was running along the top of the garage. Would absolutely recommend these lights. Electrician was impressed with them too. Easily controlled using the app (colour, schedules, brightness) and can be controlled through various other smart systems (home assistant, Alexa etc).

Easy to setup and use, very reliable. Only negative is the cable from the first light to a socket should be longer.

These Govee outside lights are very good and are great value when at a sale price like prime day or black Friday price but i would pay full price for them too... The quality is very high and i have confidence that they would last the UK wether for meny years without any issues. As always with govee products (we are at 18 different products now) the functionality is really extensive and even if you desire to make up your own design light patterns, there is an open for that and a great feature is that they great connectivity to be grouped up for a convenient scenario - in our case, Christmas lights! Personally speaking, i love govee products and wouldn't choose any other brands... Govee have just about everything covered when it comes to all aspects of smart lighting and are very reasonably priced especially compared to a certain brand which over priced and has less options and opportunities for a stylish house. If you are looking for a great lighting products with a high quality build and a very comprehensive app at a reasonable price then look no further. The pictures used are set to 40% brightness so you can get a rough idea of them.

5 stars ! lightweight and durable, super bright if you want them to and fun lighting themes although they can make your house or garden look like a circus but you can just use a warm or cool white if you want them to. I imagine they are great for partying if you like that kind of thing. Everything is of good quality as you would expect from a product that is a bit expensive yet totally worth the money in my opinion. The customisation is endless though the app.

Lights are nice… Everything else about these is garbage. The plug won’t fit in an external IP socket. The plug has a water proofing ring, it’s too big to fit through a standard M24 / M20 gland. The cable is also very thin so you’ll want a gland which is massive but tightens down to a 3/4mm cable. The cable distance from light 1 - 2, 2 - 3, 3 -4 are the same the distance from plug to light 1 is less. The lights can’t be removed from the brackets, the Allan bolts on the sides do not undo the light from the brackets, so mounting them on a wall is a challenge, the light need to be tilted and then a long screw driver just got enough purchase to screw a screw in. The brackets also have massive holes in so you’ll need either a massive screw head or a washer. If I had paid full price they would be going back. Very poorly thought out product.

Easy set-up. Bright. Lots of colour combination options. They create a fantastic atmosphere.

These lights are very good quality. They are bright but can also be turned down if needed. Easy to mount and connection to the phone is seamless

Govee é top!

Je suis devenue une fan ABSOLUE des produits govee c'est ultra qualitatif et via matter on gère tout très facilement pour ma domotique gérée avec Alexa

Ich nutze mittlerweile mehrere Govee-Lampen parallel zu meinem Hue-System im Garten – und bin ehrlich gesagt positiv überrascht. Die Verarbeitung ist erstaunlich gut, der Preis deutlich günstiger als Hue und die Farbkraft kann sich absolut sehen lassen. Über Alexa lassen sich Hue und Govee problemlos gemeinsam steuern, was das Ganze extrem flexibel macht. Aktuell sind bei mir rund 22 Lampen im Garten im Einsatz – gemischt aus Hue und Govee – und je länger ich das nutze, desto mehr tendiere ich dazu, künftig eher auf Govee zu setzen. Einziger Wunsch: Es wäre richtig stark, wenn Govee künftig auch eigene Schalter oder Dimmer anbieten würde. Dann wäre das System fast komplett.
