Definitely get a better pump when I take this plus it doesn’t jack up your heart rate

It’s alright I guess.
Honestly just disappointed with redcon1 because the product was all clumped up inside the container. Flavors not all there with the one I got but I’m sure if it was fresh powder it would be good. All in all gives a good pump the few times I’ve taken it.

Terrible, came in chunks. Clunky and tasted terrible. Probably had moisture in there and its stuff the manufacturer discards. Can’t return it also. Buy it from a trusted store local, where you know your not getting ripped off.

NOT THE SAME ENERGY
I'm disappointed because I Was trying to save money buying the $5 pre-made bottles at the gym. I have tried to really concentrate this or dilute it in various amounts of water, but I do not get the same results. When I drink the pre-made bottle, I see a significant increase in gym productivity, but this powder supplement isn't doing it for me. Also, the serving spoon has an extra-long handle that makes it too hard to put back into the container, and it doesn't have a pour spout so I have to fold paper to make my own funnel.

Powder not powdering
What I received was a powder that seemed to me as it was old. I have to use a fork/knife to dig the powder out of the tub. Then it just comes out in large clumps. It’s not an easy flowing powder mix. You can’t get accurate measurements this way
