It’s helping me to get better.
I have been taking this for a week now and I have noticed that my brain fog has gotten a bit better. Over time I am hoping that it will be a fantastic new year for me. I have no doubt that it will help me I. Other ways too. Love it!

Easy to swallow
I've tried shilajit in liquid form and these capsules are a far better, easier option. They seem to work well and the price is reasonable for what it is. Easy to swallow, with no discernible taste or smell.
