It’s been 4 days on it and let me tell you I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore ! It has really cut my appetite and snack cravings through out the day. I take 2 every morning on an empty stomach with my coffee and I don’t start to feel hungry until about 12ish and then when I eat I get full fast. I also don’t have any symptoms from it. No fast heart beat or nausea feeling like other weight loss meds. I’m so excited for this product. It’s not cheap but it’s so worth the money in my opinion. I just hope it continues to work! I will be buying another bottle in a few weeks to continue this journey.

I feel like product has a very slow effect for what the purpose is, I have tried working out and also while not working out, It might take more than one bottle to see results but it is way to expensive. I usually take it in the mornings after breakfast and even then through out the day hunger is normal or times more than normal.

I had never heard of this product until I visited my friend's house last month (she’s lost over 10 lbs and swears by it). I’m very skeptical of supplements brands in general but thought I had nothing to lose and like to try and start the New year with a game plan. So, after reading all the scientific reports and clinical trials on the 3 key ingredients, I purchased them. There is substantial information on all the trials that reassured me of the science and efficacy. I also appreciated the transparency in sharing this information online. Firstly, I didn’t buy this for weight loss. I was more concerned around cravings and naturally increasing my GLP-1 levels as I know they go down the more we age. I also know that lifestyle factors can contribute to that decline. I obviously have no idea to track GLP-1 in my body but I can attest to a reduction in food noise overall. Less cravings in the afternoon and overall satiety after and before meals. Overall, I’m very pleased and honestly surprised.

It’s been 6 weeks on GLP and here’s where we are: results are real! A little backstory, I’ve always been an emotional eater—stress, boredom, you name it—and it’s been a struggle to break that cycle. Since starting this, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my cravings. I still get hungry, but it’s more manageable, and I’m not constantly raiding the pantry between 5-9PM. It feels like I’m giving my body something legit instead of just another trendy Tiktok product. One personal win: I recently went to a birthday party, and usually, I’d be all over the dessert table. But this time, I enjoyed one small piece of cake and felt completely satisfied. That was such a proud moment for me because I didn’t feel like I was missing out. I’ve dropped a few pounds already, but more importantly, I feel lighter and less obsessed with food. V pleased w results and have told everyone in my life.

I have been taking this for about half a year now and have noticed minimal change in appetite. After I finish this last bottle I am done taking it. I'm disappointed especially because i love other lemme products. This one didn't work for me.

My husband, my daughter and myself tried this at the same time. For them it worked as an appetite suppressant. For me some of my cravings were gone. However, there are no side effects listed, but as for me, I had several dizzy spells which had lasted up to a minute or more. One just walking around in a store. It was so bad, the manager wanted to call 911 because he thought I was having a stroke. ( I did not) the other experience was driving to work and I had to pull over because the dizzy spell came on so sudden I was driving so bad. That’s when I stopped taking this product. Not sure if this product dropped my sugar levels down too much or did give me stroke like symptoms. And No, have never had high blood pressure, high or low blood sugars, or heart issues thst would cause me to get thst dizzy. This is my personal review.

Update: I have used this for 2 months now and haven't see a difference in my weight loss; actually, I gained 5lbs. :( I wanted to continue using this for 3 months as they suggest however, I'm afraid of the weight gain during this time. I'm going to finish the bottle with hopes of something great happening.... I was hesitant about buying this however, the first day taking it, I realized my hunger was gone that afternoon. Since I have trouble with snacking in the afternoon/evening, I decided to take this in the afternoon (3pm). This seems to help me with the amount I eat at dinner which has helped me lose 3lbs. in 1 week without trying. I'm going to continue taking this until the time my cruise comes up...hopefully, I can drop that 20lbs. I want to lose by then.

Alrighty, I’ve waited for 3 months to leave this review, but here’s what I wish I could have read before purchasing (non sponsored review): This works wonders, but you have to take it for a few months to feel the benefits of it which is a definite deterrent due to the price point. I’m going into my fourth month of use and my appetite is absolutely better. I don’t think about food in between meals, and it’s made eating on a calorie deficit much easier without the urge to eat when I’m bored or overeat. I’ve lost 6 or so pounds already, BUT it really didn’t do anything for me in the first two months. If you have the patience and budget to wait on this then I think it makes a great addition to your wellness/weight loss routine, but if you’re hesitant about the price then I’d say you can probably skip it and find something more affordable that works similarly. I’m giving four stars because it does do what’s advertised, but I think asking for a $160 investment initially before they even start to be effective is a crazy ask. If I repurchase I’ll do what I did the first time and wait for them to be heavily discounted before buying a few bottles at a time.
