I bought these for their better ingredients. There were 21 marshmallows in one package. I made the standard recipe with Kellog's Rice Krispies, organic butter and the marshmallows. The cereal has150 cals per 1 1/2 cups, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 36 grams of carbs. One package makes a batch that fills an 8" pie pan. The taste is very good and I would use them again for this treat.

Delicious marshmallows! These are super flavorful and some of the best-tasting marshmallows. They do not taste fake, as a lot of other marshmallows do. The ingredients are ones that I feel good about giving to my kids and eating myself. There is not a lot of sugar in them, but they still have a sweet flavor. They were fresh, if a little smashed. They are good for baking, s'mores, and just eating. They are a little more expensive than other marshmallows, but they are worth it! They have a white color with little flecks from the vanilla in them.

Great texture taste great a good vanilla flavor I was hesitant at first of flavor and melting factor but it was great!

Well I have to admit that this review is a 180 for me. For 25 years I have been writing about consumer electronics and technology. This doesn’t fit in that category but I’m going to attempt a review of a product that does not work with electricity.I have been searching for years to find sugar free products that don’t taste like cardboard or send you right to the bathroom. I figured I’d try these marshmallows thinking that they would go right in the garbage like most of the sugar free products I’ve purchased.Well I opened the package and tried one. I thought it was really good. Does it have the same texture as regular marshmallows? No! I have to admit for substitutes of the real thing it was adequate, as they are harder and firmer than the sugar variety. I actually put them to the “flame test,” meaning I held them over a flame, and surprisingly they held up. I always put my marshmallows over a flame until they caught fire and then blow out the flame. Actually the manufacturer states that you can’t do this because it would melt. Well I held it over the flame for a few seconds, extinguished the flame and ate the marshmallow. Surprisingly it actually tasted good.Is this a perfect product ? No, the negative is that anyone who gets an upset stomach from sugar alcohols will suffer with this product as well. Stomach cramps, diarrhea and bloating. The label stated never to eat more than 4 at a time to prevent the above problems. I can take Malitol, sorbitol or any of those ingredients in moderation. I only ate 4 marshmallows and will have to wait to see if my stomach feels like a tank running over it.To sum it up, these are a great substitute for regular marshmallows but be careful how many you consume!

As a newly diagnosed T1D- these are a GODSEND. I was so sad that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy s’mores this summer with my family and these tasted just like real marshmallows and roasted up like a perfect normal smore!!!

Honestly delicious and great texture…. But mind yourself at midnight when you have the munchies… they are the soft fluffy equivalent of sugar free gummy bears… it is the next day and I have enough hot gas to power a small mining town. I’m bloated harder than a forgotten tick on the backside of a 8point buck.

First a disclaimer - I do not handle xylitol well at all. I avoid it because it makes me miserable.Now, I noticed these were sweetened with xylitol and monk fruit and erythritol, so I wrongly assumed it would be okay. For example, Dr. John's hard candies are sweetened with xylitol and erythritol and I can safely eat one serving every few weeks without issue. These marshmallows made me very sick. If you are at all sensitive to xylitol absolutely do not eat these.My husband happily ate three servings and had no issues at all, but he does not have any problems with xylitol.I purchased these along with High Key cereal to make 'Rice Krispie' like treats. For those of you wondering if this works, it does if you eat the treats immediately after making them. Be aware though, these marshmallows melt very quick. Insanely quick. When I combined the melted marshmallows with the cereal and pressed it into the pan I was optimistic about how it was all turning out. I tried one tiny piece - literally one puff of cereal - to test and it was crunchy and good. I covered the pan and set it on the counter for less than one hour and when we cut in to it we were disappointed. The treats were still crunchy, but they had a weird staleness about them. They tasted like they had been sitting out, uncovered for three days. I put the remainder of the treats in a bag and left them on the counter overnight and by the morning they were just plain soggy. These marshmallows melt just fine, but they do not re-solidify in a mouth pleasing way.I was really hopeful I could use these in a chocolate cupcakes as a marshmallow filling, but (stomach issues aside) I don't think these are the right fit.As a snacking marshmallow these are okay. The vanilla flavor is a little bland. I was just expecting more, especially for the price.

I made sugar free s’mores with these…they turned out well. A bit pricey though.
