Recieved the product yesturday and I have to say for the cost of the product it surprised me how well this works for my lower back! The heat function is really great that you can really feel well! The only thing you have to watch is is you put too much pressure on the unit it will stall it out but other than that I am very satisfied with this massager!

I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money. And NOW...The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was "$231.36 for Xpresspost International"- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int'l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it's NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you're looking to purchase this!

Buy this massager. Seriously. For the 20 dollars I spent, it is FAR better than any other non-human massager i have ever tried. It works by deep tissue massage; lean back on it and it will hit every knot. I use it for back, legs ( best deep hamstring massage ever have I had) neck, feet, name it. Sometimes you have to angle it to get the nodes to hit the right spot, but once it does, Wow. I never give glowing reviews. This product deserves them. BTW, works great for those experiencing restless leg syndrome or muscle fatigue due to detox from meds or other physical ailments.

I love this device. It is a smaller size than the one I had which actually makes it work better for me around my neck and lower back. I hope it will last! So far, it is perfect.

This is the 3rd one I've purchased over the years (the fabric covering the rollers doesn't last forever) and I've always been happy with them, but this latest one doesn't massage when leaning against it (for lower back). In the past it worked just fine, but this one just massages for a minute, does nothing for a few minutes, starts back up for a minute, does nothing for a few minutes, etc. Very frustrating.
