Yes, they do come with the Aux cable.. Well mine did, but not sure if that has changed. I think it still comes with the an Auxiliary cable.

What is the difference e between these and the ones off the website?

It’s more cheaper on Amazon because on Skullcandy website, it cost $200 and on Amazon it cost around $140

No they don't but they sound amazing!
