365 by Whole Foods Market, Baking Powder, 10 OZ

I’m so glad I found this baking powder! I’ve been having a hard time finding an aluminum-free option, and the 365 Baking Powder from Whole Foods is actually aluminum-free. It has a simple ingredient list with cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate, and baking soda, with no aluminum-based leavening ingredients. We use it to make homemade pancakes, and it works really well. The pancakes rise nicely and turn out just the way we like them. I especially appreciate that it’s aluminum-free because that’s something I specifically look for when choosing baking ingredients. I actually have multiple cans of this in my pantry because I like having it on hand. Overall, I’m really happy with it and will continue buying it!

I was so happy I was able to purchase aluminum free baking powder from Amazon. It is so hard to find. It only contains good ingredients in it. It was fresh not stale. It’s healthy because it doesn’t have aluminum it. My vanilla wafer baked perfectly because of this aluminum free baking powder. It doesn’t a have a leveler built into the can. But it was still easy to use. I will purchase again and I do recommend this product.

Excellent quality baking powder . Shelf life is good. Performs well in cookies and cakes . Delivered super fresh with seal intact. I definitely recommend.

No worries about aluminum in this! I've bought this product brand quite a few times and am quite happy with it.

I am very happy with this baking powder. It is reliable in rising my baking products even though it is single acting. The key is to get the batter in the oven immediately after mixing. Having no aluminum in my baking powder is important to me. This baking powder checks all my boxes for healthy ingredients, easy to use, and produces no texture changes in comparison to other baking powders.

Baking powder is baking powder in my opinion saying that baking powder does have sodium and I'm on a heart healthy diet and is limited on my salt intake I bought this to try cause It had the lowest amount of sodium then any other baking powder I looked at and since I can't get no sodium baking powder it's better then nothing I will keep buying

Very fizzy baking powder with great results. Yes, it has a label over the original product packaging. Not sure why some of the women reviewers were so greatly confused by this. It happens all the time on Canadian food packaging imported globally. The label was obviously necessary to satisfy Canadian food labelling requirements, given this a U.S. Whole Foods product with English only. The label adds French as well as a product metric weight. Order was shipped February 2022 and product expires April 2023.

The baking powder is working just fine. As people said there is a new label over another. I know some products will just have the English on the labels and they redo them to add the French. ?? I'm not going to bother peeling labels off to check because luckily they're on straight and not a mess like in the pictures from some reviewers.

UPDATE: Great value for price. I just want to correct my earlier review. By using another baking powder "aluminium free", bread still turned purple. Apparently it was not the powder. My apologies. Original post: All of my baking turned blue, purplish. Very disappointing that this powder advertises "aluminium free".
