Came with easy sheets to manage applying. I used them on my speaker box to sound deaden and to seal any leaks. They stick very nicely using the correct tools. Going to use it under the hood of my car to help with noise. Hopefully it does, if not at least it won't be red anymore (car is black, painter forget to paint the underside. They made my box feel more solid and quiter. I do recommend this product!

Perfect inexpensive alternative to the name brands and does the job just as good to the comparable brands at a fraction of the cost, I have a 2006 silverado crew cab and used 3 boxes to do the whole roof, floor, back wall, and doors and definitely made a world of difference with road noise as well as keeping sound in and any rattle from stereo system to literally 0, I found its best to apply this stuff when its relatively warmer months as opposed to cold months to help promote better adhesion, and also wipe down application areas with forms glass cleaner to really clean the surface

Update 12-10-23 ok so for some odd reason we are having some issues this year with rats in general. Likely all of the construction in the area not really clear. This is the first time since I moved in 8 years ago. That said I have to absolutely commend this product. It literally saved my ZL1 wiring. I used it for noise and noticed some trash and such in the cowl of the car. I opened it all up and found they had chewed up some junk and tried to get through the mat and they failed!!! I'm so pleased that they only chewed up the mat only a little bit but it absolutely protected any access point to wires or the interior. It took me a couple of hours to check the entire car over and really only the spots where the mat was laid were touched. I don't know if they ended up getting hurt by the metal in the mat(don't care either) but I am so very relieved no damage was done. I can easily replace the one small section. Last photo loaded. Again I realize I did not use this product for the intended purpose. I am however going to buy the new one with 3 layers for another car. Highly recommend. Easy to work with for sure. Not overly thick. For my application it did not deaden the noise as much as I had hoped. I used it within the cowl of my ZL1 to try and limit the noise from the supercharger lid spacer. I know not really intended purpose but compared to some of the other stuff out there it was worth a try and it is not obnoxious silver. Since I was able to get it into many of th bends it was easy to work with using just sissiors remove backing and lay it down. Personally I bought way to much so I will use it on other applications at some point. Pay attention to the into cost which is why I ended up with so much. 😂

I bought a roll of this 50mil VIBRO deadener to put down as the first layer. Then second layer was the 157mil closed cell foam for additional noise and heat insulation. Done to my 2006 Silverado extended cab. It had little to no insulation from the factory. I removed all the interiror carpet, console, seats, door panels, rear seat area panel, roof panel. So I had a nice empty truck. Floors and rear wall were easy once everything was out. Roof got only the 157mil foam. Doors got both but were painful to do. The end result was well worth the effort. Road noise is mostly gone. Stereo sounds significantly better. Resonance from my exhaust system is reduced quite a bit. We'll see about needing less AC in the summer. Winter cold it is easy to heat and retains it well. I spent about $150 between both layers of material and I'm very happy with the Siless products. Used some isopropyl alcohol to preclean then a hair dryer to preheat the areas before putting material down. Used a small roller to help with install. Get a small interior parts removal kit to get panels and their fasteners out. It's easier and you'll break less stuff.

I used this in conjunction with 200 mil foil covered self-stick foam to reduce noise and vibration inside the cab of my Polaris Ranger 1000. This product was the first layer and did a great job of reducing vibration and a fair job on noise. There was little to no noticeable smell and the thickness seemed spot on for my application. It was easy to work with (cut and shape) and stays put once it's rolled into place. I haven't evaluated heat retention or durability at this point. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.

Large amount of square footage for an attractive price point. For my application (soft-top only Jeep).there are pluses and minuses as follows: Sheet size: Great for reducing the overall number of seams needed, but it's folded over in its' container creating a ridge that takes a little effort to remove. Embossing: Does help with identifying areas to roll more, but if exposed (as on my bed) requires laying pieces either in or out of the pattern created. Stickiness: Does a good job of sticking to the substrate (including Rhino lining) and peels away from the backing easily, but adhesion disappears with water contact necessitating an additional sealing step for 'exposed' use. Sound: Good reduction in panel resonance and blocking under-car unwanted road noise. This is ideal for a dry interior application, which negates ALL of my listed negatives btw and should work with mild-weather exposed areas after extra sealing (as I did after realizing the potential effects of water). Just be sure, if your treated vehicle will get wet, to over-seal all seams with a waterproofing product.

I did the floor including under seat, back wall, and roof (as I was advised it would muffle reverb). I measured the sound difference and it was about 4-5 dB. Use a little cardboard if you want to pattern good/neat fits it some areas. The sound improvement wasn't huge but the HEAT dissipation in the cabin was quite noticeable. Wear light gloves, foil back will slice you to ribbons. I covered everything I could think of ans still had enough left to do it half over. Product forms and sticks VERY well, would buy again
