I usually read the comments/reviews before purchasing and this one did look promising. My ferritin levels were super low! My nails brittle , I was always tired and sleepy and my hair was falling out chunks! I ended up with liver and kidney issues( badly anemic) I bought these since the store tablets really are bad and don't speed up bringing your Iron levels up. I started three times a week then slowly started to take 4 times a week. I feel so much energy going into two months , my lab work came back all back to normal! My hair is falling less and I have been exercising and running again ! The taste I don't feel it at all! And they dont make me constipated either ( maybe because I take magnesium) this brand is great! Very happy with it
