I freaking love this thing!!! So relaxing, powerful, and safe. I cleaned my tub well, placed it pushing each suction cup down, turned it on and oh my! I took an hour long bath with lavender epson salts as well. It had strong bubbles and the mat stayed suctioned perfectly. You have to have a well cleaned tub for them to stick. Also start out with pretty hot water and refresh accordingly as the air it blows out will cool it as it runs. It was my own personal jacuzzi and I felt so relaxed once I was done. The noise of the bubbles drowned out the motor for me. Any water jet will make noise so I don’t mind. Also I loved how safe it is. The hose and cord are long so the electricity is nowhere near the water (unlike other devices I considered). I was worried about mildew so I hung it on the shower wall by the suction cups for a few hours and the turned it on again to push out any additional water and let it air dry. I am 100% satisfied

This is my initial review. I have written a 2nd review at the bottom once I had used it 5 times. Initial review: I give it a 1 out of 5 ⭐ overall. The remote doesn't work. A couple of the suction cups don't work. They have adhesive little round silicone things you have to use in order to prevent the suction cups from letting go of your tub but when I decide to take it off then the adhesive would be left and hard to get off. The remote doesn't work. It works what I got it for but isn't great quality. Be sure to use the hottest water you can stand because the mat cools down the water within 15 mins. The blue circles on the mat itselt are somewhat hard. They are put there to let the air get to everywhere on the mat, but aren't very comfortable. It a little bit loud but it's not an annoying noise it makes. It's kinda like white noise and drowns out noise but if you have kids you have to listen for then this is a no go unless you have supervision for them. Water gets inside the mat so I'm not sure how drying out without mold or gunk is going to go. But you have to hang it up everytime you get done with it especially if you intermit between showers and baths or if someone else wants to use the bathroom shower or bath. I don't think it performs well enough to constitute spending $100+ on, but I think 50-70 max is more in the ballpark. I think hiring a homeless man to use a straw to blow bubbles under your body would be just as effective as this is honestly 😂... And lastly it is MADE IN CHINA, so thats a massive negative about this machine and company but we will see how it goes, I may or may not be returning it. I will follow back up with u guys in a week or two to share my experience with it. Fast forward after 5 times usage ⏩ so I have now used it a total of 5 times and even worse off than before. I took down my original video and replaced it with the updated rating. (The mat has torn and suction cup came off, the tube connection to the machine broke, the remote never worked and it's extremely loud and hard to get water out of the inside of the mat itself so the water just stays stuck inside the mat. If I had the opportunity to rate it negative stars then I would likely rate it -4⭐

I wasn't sure this mat would produce the kind of bubble power I was looking for. I even both an additional device, which I will be returning to Amazon unopened, to provide additional jet power and bubbles to my bath trying to imitate the jetted tub experience I enjoyed while vacationing at a friend's house. I saw the reviews about the suction cups not keeping the mat in place. I saw the video of the bubble action and felt I'd give it a try. Well, I'm incredibly happy I did make the purchase. Getting it going: Because of the less than stellar reviews, I decided to follow the instructions carefully. Super-clean tub with just enough moisture left behind to let the 19 suction cups of the mat grip the tub firmly. (There are 3 rows of suction cups running down the length of the entire mat.) Connected the hose to the mat and the "main unit" machine (the pump) while unplugged, and filled the tub with hot water. I briefly held the mat down at the foot end where the hose connects and the water rushes out of the facucet quite forcefully, and let go once there was more water above the mat than under. I connected the pump to power, set the power switch to "I" (which is remote control or manual power), and it didn't come on. So I switched the power to "II" (which is remote control only) and it came on with the remote. I've since found that once triggered by the remote, "I" works manually as well. Using it: The blue discs that generates the bubbles do not feel comfortable when you stand on them, but they become unnoticeable when sitting or resting your torso on them in the water. I wisely only filled the tub just shy of halfway full before stepping in. It turns out that the low setting was powerful enough for my needs because once your body starts to block the bubbles coming out of some of the discs, it causes even bigger bubbles to come out of the other discs. I tried the hi setting, and wow! The bubbles and pressure were enough to make me float (and that's not easy) and "push" the water, rather than simply bubbly it. I did add epsom salt to the water, but that should not have made a difference to the intensity. On hi, water did splash out of the tub, so I'm glad 1) I followed their instructions to keep the machine far away from the tub, and 2) I ended up having to use the remote instead of trying to deal with the power switch manually, because then I would have kept the machine too near to the tub and possibly get it dangerously wet. I cannot say if the price is ideal; I paid $90+ for my model PHSPAMT22. But I have no regrets. The mat combined with the epsom salts massaged away the aches, pain and stiffness of 6 hours of driving just before. I'll be keeping an eye out for the price going down during any of Amazon's sales to make it a gift for relatives. But follow the instructions to make it all worthwhile folks. Enjoy it if you get one!

Hello wanted to tell you something that the instructions don't tell you..... In order for it to turn on and yes even the remote... The mat has to be in water.... The light on machine does turn on but no light on remote..... And as another review says yes from the jets it is a bit chilly even in hot water so your butt will get a bit of a chill.... At first don't sit on it long.... Kinda hurts butt.... And yes a bit loud..... It does not stay sticking but some do..... Hope that this helps...... And so you know if you do have to return it..... They will ask you to take pictures of it not working and send the pictures to them threw email before they can do anything....... Hope this was helpful 💜💙

Suction cups don’t stick like they are supposed to and I’ve tried everything other than that so far so good seems to be of good quality. Used it a couple times so far with no issues other than the suction cups not sticking

This went over really well with my wife! I was a bit worried because of some of the other reviews, that it might not stick well with the suction cups. After following the directions and wetting the tub first, the suction cups stayed put the whole time. No issues at all with any of them coming undone. I did make the mistake of putting the same amount of body wash soap in it that I would normally use to make her bath bubbly. The bubbles from this make way, way, way more bubbles! Next time I'm just using a small drop. I had to grab the overflowing bubbles and put them in our stand up shower, but couldn't keep up. My wife said the bubbles felt great. Really glad I bought it; I almost didn't because of some of the reviews. We didn't test out the little filter thing where you put scented oil, coming out of the air pump, but we thought that was a pretty cool idea and we will be getting some oils to put in it.

The product itself was ok. The bubbling was strong on both settings and it was easy to set up. Several of the suction cups were dis formed though and wouldn’t stick to the floor of the tub, even with a little water under them. With the tub full and the bubbling on, the mat wouldn’t stick to the floor at all and just floated. I wanted to return the unit and was sent to serenelifehome.com from Amazon. Despite filling out a lengthy return questionnaire at the start of the process, I was still asked numerous questions ranging from showing proof of purchase, showing proof of an invoice, verifying mailing info, requesting pictures and videos of the issues, asking if I tried using the adhesive tape that they apparently sent for the auction cups (what?!), etc. After 15 emails, they told me I could not return the item with the only reason being I was outside of the 30 day return window. (I still had a week left before that window closed, and had started the return process two weeks earlier). When I asked for a legitimate reason for refusing my return on a product that wasn’t working, I was simply told I could only exchange the product for a new one. Had they told me that from the beginning they could have saved me a lot of time and effort. I definitely won’t be buying anything from Serene Life Home again.

10/10, it’s my first time using it. I’ve already recommended it everyone I know. It is a loud. HOWEVER. Jets are loud anyways. I am not bothered by this at all. The pressure is AMAZING. It’s a little longer than my tub, so I have it on the back of the tub a little . It is PERFECT for my back. Someone mentioned it makes the water cold, I understand that it’s air being forced so yes, there is a coolness. HOWEVER. Make your tub hot! And it’s only recommended for 30 minutes at a time! It sticks to the tub just fine. I did however have to press it down again once the water filled. I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I made the purchase! I have a over flow cover coming to make the tub appear deeper.

This product almost got a great review from me. I purchase this this item recently. Setup was easy, you just stick the bubble mat to the bottom of your bath tub, connect the hose to the air pump unit and plug it in to one of your electrical sockets. It really produces a really nice bubble tub when it works. I used it twice, no problems at all. On the third time. It stopped working half way through. I was only using it for about 15 mins at a time. I followed all the directions included so I know I'm not at fault. I didn't have anything else plugged into the socket, I have a GFCI outlet (the plugs with the breaker), I didn't use an extension cord. I tried to contact the company twice through the links on Amazon, which direct you to their website, I have not recieved a response in over a week now. This item is not cheap either. If you can afford to throw your money away buy this. I will be updating this review as soon as anything happens Have a wonderful day
