Normal sized capsules so these are easy to swallow. I have not chosen to take them daily, but only when I feel i need them - if i have a bit of a stomach upset or bloating. I have have found them veryy effective for bloating bringing releif fairly rapidly. There is no after taste either. The effectiveness makes me think that these are of decent quality - and although they are not cheap, the fact I will only use them occassionally means that they will last. Recommend.

I had never taken activated charcoal before. I knew it was good for getting rid of toxins, so was eager to try. The tablets are standard size, so they are very easy to swallow with a glass of water. I'm not sure if it was taking these, but after a couple of days I noticed a difference when I went to the loo. Not to be too detailed, but I felt a couple of pounds lighter afterwards! The tables have no after taste; I haven't suffered any side effects and haven't felt as bloated and gassy as I have done in the past. So, I would say they are effective and do what they are supposed to. Now, value for money wise, although you only take one capsule, so you get 2 months of supply, but they are quite expensive. At the current price of £15, it works out at 25p per capsule. I will continue with taking charcoal, but I'm not keen on spending that much money for them.

These convenient capsules do not dirty your hands, which is a big plus, and their content can be easily used to prepare masks or scrubs (or so my wife says). It is worth having such a product in your home medicine cabinet.

Medicine staple. These are very versatile. Grandma always gave me if I had any stomach issues or complaints. These are high strength and only one a day. Easy to swallow and really helps with bloating.
