Tastes Great and give nice boost of energy in the morning

I'm new to ginseng supplementation so I assume the taste being new to me has something to do with not liking it. It's pretty bitter, almost molasses-y and a very strong taste. Not sweet, not really earthy, it's difficult to describe. The quality is good, packaging is good, works well as a supplement. If you're not used to the taste it might be a little struggle to use.

The strong, earthy ginseng taste isn't for everyone, especially first-timers.

After about ten days I can feel more energetic

It is actually a really amazing product, I waited until using the whole month to then make a review. It definitely helped with energy, it also made me feel like I was giving my body more nutrients that needed and had a lack of. I kept my box in the refrigerator and it made it so much easier to drink, nice and cold it’s way better. The taste is a challenging taste, for those of you that know what ginseng is like. It’s very strong. I sometimes drank it by itself if I was at work or made it into a tea with honey if I was home and the ability to change it up a little made it easier to drink every day. The only negative for me, it’s the acidity. Unfortunately, I already suffer from acid reflux and this product made it worst. Every time I drank it first thing in the morning for a boost of energy, I had to suffer the consequences of chest burning for a couple of hours. That is the only reason why I wouldn’t buy the product again. The product itself was amazing- I just need to find a less concentrated version that does the same.

Purchased before and can’t handle a full packet. But I must say, this is the boost you need when you have to get it done and running out of time. Trust me. This beats the energy drinks w/o the heart complications

I really love the red Ginseng. Call it placebo effect if you will buy I truly notice a difference in my energy level of I skip taking my red Ginseng. Also at first the flavor was kind of different with a sweet yet bitter aftertaste when I first started taking it. So I would eat 1/2 the packet and put the rest in my Irish breakfast tea for the first few months. But now I just take it straight up...I really like the flavor! Knowing also that it helps with immunity and increases blood flow as well as other health benefits makes me feel good knowing that I am doing something natural and proactive for my health. So glad I began using this red Ginseng for my health💞💞
