It help with wakefulness but not with focus that as much as i feel more jittriness after 5-6 hr , i think my body is not for this much caffeine normally i take 2-3 cups tea , but with this after 5-6 hr i still feel awake but feel like i am on drug or something weird sensation, muscle micro vibration, cant sleep 😴 body want rest around 3:30 pm ( regularly i take 20-30 min nap and i went to sleep quickly 2-3 min but with this even after 5-6 hr of gum i took at 10:30 am …i cant sleep …body was resting but sole was awake 😂, felt huger in just 2 hr even after took lunch . I think this will increase more sport performance. For 2-3 hr around 3pm to 6 pm i wanted to quickly wash away this caffeine from system.it can definitely disturb sleep cycle so take it carefully after 5 pm. It doesn’t means wakefulness = no tiredness, this will keep you awake but weight of tiredness will always there if you are tired., cost also higher, ease to use though

Idk if it helped me concentrate or not but it was physiological that I ate it and started studying. So yeah nice product

Absolutely loved the product. Gives energy and focus as advertised. Taste is subjective. As it contains caffeine, which is extremely bitter in taste, some may not like it.

wont buy again.sweet to the extent where it starts tasting bitter.i rather have my coffee

Tastes bad .gum quality is good .and flavour persist couple of hours. 40 mg Caffeine is ok for beginners.not worth for this price range
