Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am not satisfied with this product because, as per the commitment, it was supposed to keep hot items warm for 6 hours, but it doesn't. Also, there is leakage from the lid.before send in market must be self tested abot commitment

Plastic quality of the box lid is very low.. Also we couldn't open or close that box easily.. Not worth ..
