This product is completely useless. Right out of the box, it did not function at all. Despite following all instructions carefully, I was unable to get it to work. It is disappointing to receive such products. I tried to get this defective piece replaced, seems this product cannot be replaced. Hence, be cautious!!

I bought this after my sister got a similar one (called Luminique) for neck lines and told me she saw a visible difference. I'm really happy with it! Only used it a few times, but it does make difference. My skin feels tighter and brighter and my few neck lines are less visible, really. It's a simple product that vibrates and has 3 levels of heat, corresponding to different led colours (green, red and blue). I don't know much about led colours theory/ efficacy but I'm happy enough having a small massager that applies vibration and heat. Could you massage your face yourself and gave similar results? Yes, I suppose (but I don't have the discipline for it anyway!) With this, I have more motivation - it's relaxing, quick, and probably more effective. I'm applying it twice a day (for now) after skin care routine, with my favourite oil from Atypical. My sister recommended not using right in the front of the neck, but on the sides. If you've done any recent procedure in your face, I'd check if you should avoid heat (it seems the green mode has none). For people complaining about the charger, it is a bit flimsy, but it you push it will fit. I'm just using a different charger now, it's a simple micro USB. update: after days of use, I'm more and more impressed. wanted to know more about why this works. It feels like my skin is tighter and really smooth, like some sort of light exfoliation/ cell renewal. Neck lines improved as well. I'm now using it only once a day

Utilizzato per tre settimane: non sono in grado di dire se oggettivamente sono visibili i risultati raccontati dalla descrizione ma posso testimoniare che per lo meno aiuta e velocizza il processo di assorbimento delle creme sul viso lasciando la pelle molto morbida, asciutta ed elastica. Male non fa quindi consiglio di provare. La batteria non dura tantissimo: quattro gg max per utilizzo mattino e sera di circa tre minuti ma la ricarica é veloce.

Estoy fascinada con este producto realmente va mejorando poco a poco el cutis y aparte te lo relaje
