Samsung SLB-1137 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery & Charger Kit for Digimax U-CA 3, U-CA 4, U-CA 505, U-CA 5, V600, and V700 Cameras

I have had my Samsung digimax digital camera thrown in my drawer for over a year now since the battery that it came with died. I searched & searched for the exact battery that came with the camera, a flat duracell of some sort, which was extremely hard to find and when I would finally find a store that carried it, it would be sold out. I kept getting frustrated & then would fling it in the drawer where it stayed until now. I finally decided one day that I was gonna give it one more try to try and find this damn battery. I had thought that maybe a rechargeable one would be a good idea, so then I wouldn't have to worry about replacing the Duracell one ever again. So I figured if anyone would have the battery I would need, it would be Amazon because I have had such great success in the past month finding unique and hard to find items with them. I wish I had thought of this alot sooner, because they did have what I needed. At first I thought it was a joke or a gimic when I read the listing. A charger and a rechargeable battery for just $2.95? I thought there must be some mistake, but I ordered it anyway. I just received the product and am totally blown away!! It is awesome!! It is the rechargeable battery and charger just like it said in the listing. I thought maybe it would be just the battery or just the charger, but it's really both. I highly highly recommend this to anyone who needs a battery like this for their digital camera. However, the only thing I don't understand is how to buy just the rechargeable battery now without the charger included. I have searched & searched and can't find this exact battery anywhere except on here and it only comes with the charger, but I guess for $2.95 who cares?

I have reciently goten a Samsung camera and the batteries i use for it are 10 to 12 dollars a peice and also pretty hard to find. SO i ordered this rechargable battery and charger from on here. The price was cheaper than most other options and the shipping went way faster than i expected and i was able to take my rechargable batter with me on vacation instead of buying a ton of expensive CP-1 batteries. In the long run i'll save a significant amount of money and i am very glad i purchased this item. it was exactly what i needed.

this never worked. i received it and it never charged. was a piece of crap. tried returning it and never got my money back.

First they shipped the charger but not the battery. After receiving the battery I found it to be of very low quality. I only get about twenty pictures out of the fully charged battery. The battery, out of the camera but fully charged, only holds any charge at all for about a week. So forget those wonderful spontaneous pictures unless you’re willing to keep the battery on charge all the time and are really fast at inserting it into the camera.

For some reason companies like to make products with rare batteries, and then when the sale of those products are gone so do the batteries diappear. My camera battery vanished from store shelves and I was left witha non working camera. Thanks to this resuable, rechargable battery, I am finally able to use my camera again, and I am not spending $10 a battery! Well worth the price and a great product!
