I'm honestly not sure these are doing what they are supposed to, but I feel better and my energy level is higher after about a month and a half. They were shipped quickly and delivered in a timely way. My plan is to give it 4 months (the supply I have on hand) and then make a decision as to whether to continue. Again, I don't have any data to support this, but I'm not having the fatigue and the inability to get going in the morning that I did before I started taking them.

These have not done much for me but I’m only on my 2nd bottle. I’ve lost 3 pounds, was hoping for more by this point but every little bit helps. No side effects and it’s curbed my snack cravings and I am eating much smaller portions. I’m going to stick with it for another month or two and see what happens.

Loved the product. Great!!!!! Then there was a recall, and had to quit taking.

I can't believe how well these work! I'm down to 125 lb doing exercise and taking these capsules; I did cut down to one a day because of belly ache, but other than that, I'm very pleased with my regularity and my weight loss, and I feel that these are help ing. They are small enough to be easily taken with water, ease of use there then. They actually do taste faintly of horseradish, but generally just taste like a typical capsule, so kind of papery and no big issue. I guess maybe pain relief is there, other than that, I think they're just relaxing me keep me regular, which would in turn alleviate any pain from feeling full.

I have been taking Solaray beet root for several months to lower my blood pressure. It worked great. I saw the Rosabella Beet Root capsules in an online video and checked the price on Amazon. Since I was getting low on the Solaray and I believed the Rosabella product touted as being a "superior product and beets harvested in the US" I purchased them through Amazon. It was a little less expensive but I trust my account with Amazon's policies. I started taking the Rosabella beet root capsules, but after several days, found my blood pressure increasing. I had great blood pressure with the brand I was using before and it was much, much less expensive. I started taking the Solaray beet root again and my blood pressure went back to normal. I purchased the Rosabella Beet Root Supplements and the Rosabella Moringa, also based upon an online video and neither product does anything as described. To top it off, I tried to return the products for a refund and they are not returnable. To get the better price, I ordered three bottles of the Rosabella Beet Root Capsules and three bottles of the Rosabella Moringa. I have opened only one bottle of the beet root and moringa capsules. I have two each of the unopened bottles they say cannot be returned or refunded. I am very unhappy since I spent over $120 for useless products. I hope Amazon reads my comments. I would not recommend any of the Rosabella products.

The only difference I see is that I have cramps and diarrhea. I am very disappointed. An unwanted and expensive laxative.
