So far so good. I will say this, it can burn your throat i bit so just a heads up lol. Honestly I just started taking them so I can't jump off the deep end and say this is the best thing sents sliced bread. My only complaint and it might only happen to me is that I had some hollow capsules AKA empty lol. Not going to cry about so ill update my review once I've used it for at least a month.

Unreal product. I have too say im only taking half the recommended dosage. Regular dosage made my muscles swell pretty bad. It seemed more like too much all at once. Ill work through the bottle and up every few weeks.
