What is the best weight for me?
Using a weighted blanket of the right weight is important to receiving the therapeutic benefits of our weighted blankets. The general rule of thumb is that the weighted blanket should be 10 to 12 % of your bodyweight, and you often won’t need the heaviest 30 pounds option. There are more factors to consider such as height, body mass and if you are a side sleeper. Lightweight weighted blankets are recommended for seniors and elderly. What is a full size weighted blanket? What about sharing it?
Being a smart-sleep wellness item, most of its mass needs to be on you rather than on your bed. This way, it delivers an even weight distribution wrapping your body fully and closely like an embrace.
